Exceptional Experience from Start to Finish!
We recently applied for a mortgage with LongBridge Financial in April and officially closed on May 8th. The entire process was incredibly smooth and completely seamless every single step of the way.
We cannot say enough wonderful things about Tom Ryall. He was absolutely exceptional! His turnaround times were remarkably fast, and he provided us with valuable, educational information that helped us feel fully confident and comfortable with our decision. Beyond his impressive professionalism, Tom was incredibly encouraging and genuinely kind—qualities that can be rare to find in this industry.

In addition, she was patient during a long wait as we dealt with unavoidable family loss. Megan Watts was likewise efficient. We highly recommend the Longbridge team!

My experience was that the loan officer will tell you whatever you want to hear. I found the employees to be rude and/or dishonest. I am now getting bills for a loan that never closed. Avoid this company.

Eric Hurt guided me thru the process of a reverse mortgage. Without his knowledge and shall I say
patience I finished everything on my end. When I felt
completely overwhelmed Eric would talk to me in his quiet voice and guide me thru all the forms, looking over when I made a mistake and made it right. I can never thank him enough for helping me get thru this tough time in my life. My only regret is that I wished I had picked up the phone earlier and called Longbridge and spoken to Eric. Thank you for everything you did for me.
