Estou muito desiludida
Estou muito desiludida, ao ponto de ter solicitado o cancelamento da box, mas não o permitem antes do final da anuidades. Produtos muito repetidos, alguns sem interesse nenhum, como vernizes, máscaras constantes para cabelo, elásticos para cabelo. A box já não tem interesse e é pouco diversificada.

The box only have travel size product, and most is the product are irelevant..

I buy to look fantastic for more than 2 years I am regular client. I am facing problem with their transportation company partner paak I am in dubai and they marked my order recived the may subscription when I am outside the country. I an currently in Dubai.Iam going back and fourth with the costumer support and I am not finding a solution . I am the only member of the appartment I don’t know any of the neighbors and I am in holiday in Dubai until 22 may. I want to receive the order on this date . And no I didn’t not received I don’t know who signed as I have no contact with anyone on the building and I do not want to change my address. The costumer support is failing to give me a solution. I am in dubai and i try to be in contact with paak also they didn’t not respond to my request . It is not that difficult to understand am I am trying to let you I didn’t not receive my order as I am not at home my phone number is also off and there noone at my appartment .i ask for support as I tried with costumer support and they failed to help me
