On 22 December 2024 I ordered 300 EUR worth of clothes to Germany. Promised delivery time to Germany was 2-11 days (to this day Germany is specified on the website). I ordered in time to get it before going back to the UK in early January.
Unfortunately the parcel didnt arrive until 30 January, at which point I wasnt in Germany anymore and it was tagged as return.
Following return tag, Loopi was requested to pay for the return fee with a due date of 27/02 (this is sellers responsibility as I had not accepted delivery due to being away), if this doesnt happen the goods will be disposed of.
On 10/03 the parcel got disposed of.
Tracking was unaccessible from around this point (I assume). At the time I presumed it would be sent back to Loopi who would issue a refund once received back and processed (I was unaware it had been destroyed until July). I gave them ample time to do so, unaware that due to their own unwillingness to pay return postage, the parcel had already been destroyed.
In June I contacted Loopi about where my refund is. Loopi couldnt track it anymore and they said they had investigated, but couldnt find any info on where it is or what happened to the parcel. Following that conversation I contacted the delivery company myself, who provided me with the detailed information on the dates mentioned above (a simple chat did the trick). I made Loopi aware of the dates and what happened. They said if I could prove it, they would “absolutely” provide a refund. I then sent the full transcript of that chat, but also noted that they could just do the same and chat online to P2G if they wanted to independently verify that information as P2G should really retain it.
I have now chased 4 times following providing the transcript and have heard nothing back. Unfortunately I will now have to take further steps, including sharing the situation online. To me, this is dishonest behavior.
UPDATE: A refund has been issued and the matter been resolved, shortly after posting this review. On that basis I also changed the rating from 1* to 3*.

Returning customer, I purchased another fabulous pair of Levi's from Loopi recently. Delivery was quicker than expected too. Excellent condition as described, a fraction of the cost from the Levi store.

Item didn’t arrive next day although I paid and ordered well within the time frame it states on the sight, jacket came was dirty and smaller than stated on site. Cost more to return the jacket than what the shipment was for next day delivery
