Order #3854. No news from December till now. No aswer to my emails, no money back, no news about my scarf.
Don't ever buy anything from Lorok. My first experience will be the last.

It did took over 3 months for my package to arrive, with no updates in between, despite sending several emails. The website's terms of service mention that it can take approximately 6 to 9+ weeks for products to arrive, but when I placed my order, I only checked the shipping details and didn’t think to look at the terms of service. The products finally arrived yesterday, and they are amazing – exactly as shown on the website.

The lack of communication made me feel insecure and almost like I was being scammed, so I considered giving a lower rating. However, I want to balance this out by giving a 5-star review to highlight the great product quality and help others feel more confident in their purchase.

Der Versand hat 3 1/2 Monate gedauert. Nachdem ich drei Mails geschrieben habe und gefragt habe, wo mein Paket bleibt, habe ich nur eine Antwort auf die zweite Mail bekommen, wo gesagt wurde, dass das Paket innerhalb der nächsten Tage ankommen soll. Was soll ich sagen, ich habe dann nochmal weitere zwei Monate darauf gewartet… Die Schals sind wenigstens so wie auf der Webseite angezeigt.

I ordered the Goth Crush scarf all the way back in November and received it only at the end of February. To be honest, after reading the horror stories on their Trustpilot and receiving absolutely zero response from their customer service, I was pretty sure I would not be receiving anything, so I'm pretty relieved that this is, in fact, not a scam website. However, they should definitely improve their communication regarding waiting times to manage customer expectations. The scarf itself is lovely, and the quality is great. I am sure it will last me a lifetime. The only downside is that the photos on their website are rather misleading in regards to the size of the scarf, as it is rather tiny in reality. I completely understand this is a small business, and one of the reasons why I placed my order was to support them, but they should definitely rethink their advertising and communication strategies, as the customer experience is rather poor to be honest.

Meine Erfahrung war unwirklich. Mehr als 3 Monate auf eine Lieferung zu warten, erscheint mir inakzeptabel. Ich musste für alle Informationen selbst mit der Tatsache, dass viele Male, die ich nicht einmal eine Antwort bekommen zu schreiben. Die Tatsache, dass ein Kunde Informationen über seine Lieferung verlangen muss, nachdem er sie im Voraus bezahlt hat, bis hin zur Androhung rechtlicher Schritte, ist für mich inakzeptabel. Ich werde diese Marke nicht weiter empfehlen und in meiner Gemeinde sehr schlecht für sie werben.

I ordered two scarves before xmas and waited the 6-9 weeks plus an extra two (11 weeks in total)

I gave the customer service team multiple emails and only received one singular response saying it can take 6-9 weeks and they'd investigate my order.
They never did and never came back.

I've heard people received their orders (lucky them), I really wanted my scarves too but never got them lol

I'd say get your chargebacks through your banks asap as you'll get no where with their customer service team.

I have never made the effort to leave a bad review before but this has genuinely been such a terrible situation from start to finish.

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY A SCAM AND IM GOING TO DO A TIKTOK ABOUT THIS COMPANY. I’m stupid because I don’t read trustpilot and I should have suspected it was a scam when I saw they had disabled comments on Instagram and that it's impossible to contact them. I know the owner's name if anyone wants to take legal action with me. I have sent several emails to the brand and they have never given me real responses, only automated bot replies. I am really disappointed, it was a gift for my boyfriend. I will do everything I can to shut down stores like this.

I ordered a scarf in November and after contacting Lorok by mail and on their Instagram profil, I still have not received any shipping information or answer from them.
I saw that the delivery might take a long time and I would really love to receive the scarf since their design are pretty cool, though the customer service is not great and the shipping service isn’t that great to.
Would love to receive at least an answer to have some info on an estimated delivery, even if it might take some time.

Ordered scarf in November and its now mid Feb and still nothing and 0 responses to emails. I don’t mind waiting esp if its a small business but now it just feels like a scam. Shame because I was looking forward to the item boo.

I ordered a scarf for a birthday gift on December, knowing that I'll probably arrive later than the birthday but that's okay, but now still waiting and received no response or any help from the society, which is kind of depressing.
#Order 3792 if they are here to read that comment, would like to get the scarf please.

I am glad to have received a scarf after all, so a correction is necessary. The quality is good, but the delivery time was unacceptable. Personally, I would have found it more acceptable if the store had communicated more openly about its problems.

Bought a scarf on 14 November 2024, no sign of the scarf yet. Customer service has not responded to my emails since 19 januari 2024. Have tried to ask for a refund but no luck. Would not recommend, I think I got scammed.

never received my order

just like these other reviews I never received my order. I Ordered 1st of December and now it's February.
Right after my order they were still replying to my messages (very poorly I had to write 3 mails to get 1 question answered) and ever since I am being ignored on all platforms, email, insta, Facebook.

Its ok to have a huge wait time, its ok for it to run late but its not ok to ignore and steal from ur costumers.

ps. they now have limited their commenting options in their posts, so I believe they know what's going on

Ordered a scarf on 28th of November, Order #3621.
I respected the huge wait time of 6-9 weeks, while periodically asking for updates or estimation of delivery. Nothing ever came from their side. 9 weeks passed, I asked for a refund, no answer. I'll proceed legally if nothing happens.

I am sorry man, this is not how you should handle a shop.

Hatte meinen Schal Ende November bestellt auf der Seite Stand voraussichtlich Lieferung in 6-8 Wochen nun haben wir mittlerweile Mitte Februar und immer noch keine Rückmeldung. Auf E-Mails oder direkt Messages werden nicht geantwortet

As said by many others this shop is a scam. My order #3644 was placed on November 30th. More than 9 weeks hve passed and nobody is answering to my mails. I lost my money and im planning to take legal action.

I do not recommend buying from Lorok. I waited over ten weeks for the scarves to be delivered, and while that was annoying and over the estimated delivery time, the worst part about it was how he completely ignored all my emails and instagram messages asking about the order. It's not only unprofessional but extremely rude and disrespectful. I would have been fine with waiting these extra weeks if he had the decency to respond and inform me with updates, and instead I spent weeks thinking he had flat-out stolen my money. His disrespect is not worth your money or energy, I suggest you find some other scarf maker to support. Also, I've seen some responses to reviews he has made emphasizing that this is a small business, but I know plenty of small businesses who respond to emails, so there is really no excuse for his complete radio silence.
