Never received order + poor customer service1

Very poor customer service!

Ordered a scarf on Nov 30th 2024, but never received my order.
Have tried reaching out to the company several times (on both e mail and instagram) with no response.
Would not recommend and will not order from them again!

Great delivery and beautiful scarf.
People nowadays are so used to fast fashion and getting their ordered products at home withing a couple of days. These scarves are made to order, so it might take a while before you get it delivered. This is also mentioned on their website.

no delivery, do conformation email, no reply, no scarf. wtf

as the same as all the rest of the comments,
i ordered two scars for over 100 quid. no confirmation email, money have left my account, no reply to three emails and an ig comment, literally nothing.

send me my money back or send me my scarfs! or at least reply to my 4 messages.

fyi comments on their ig posts are cut off.

Finally my scarf arrived today (day of purchase 16. 11. 2024). The design and material is awesome. BUT the customer service is very poor/none. Would be nice to communicate at least through social media (ig stories etc.).

A happy ending! FLASH DELIVERY EXPERIENCE

A happy ending to a horror story - customer reviewer - back at it.
I wrote a review with this title a while ago - September maybe. It was not a good review. But now, I have great news! I am writing a great review today! I ordered again before this Christmas and my order was delivered promptly and as said on the website it will be delivered before Christmas. I ordered the scarf #2007. Important point to note is that I shipped to an address close to the headquarters of the brand therefore things were also easier that way. What a surprise. They improved and are slaying! Well done! Good for you for building yourself a better reputation at each new order! The scarves are really beautiful. It is a pity for a brand to flop for bad communication. Very very poor communication

Very very poor communication - once I got a reply, it was generic and did not help me. After that, no more replies.
I did receive my order one or two days past the official deadline stated in the terms and conditions, i.e. an item that was in stock took more than three weeks to deliver within the same city.
I do not recommend.

Never received an order placed a year ago

I placed an order in December 2023 and still haven't received it. It's been a year. Despite reaching out multiple times via their website, Instagram, and directly to the owner, I haven't got a response or update even once. The lack of customer service and unresolved order make this site highly unreliable—I do not recommend ordering from them.

But what I find strange is that I found out the name of the graphic designer on Instagram and he exists…

SCAM COMPANY

Delivery took 2 months to even be posted then another 3 to arrive. Took my money, ignored all emails and I then have to pay a customs fee of 20 pounds... Scarf is very small... SCAM COMPANY

It’s been over three weeks since I placed an order on this site, and I have had no updates from the seller. If the delivery is taking longer than expected, it would be appropriate to send an email. I have received no response to my follow-up emails, which is becoming concerning.

Ordered my first scarf in DECEMBER…

Ordered my first scarf in DECEMBER 2023. Website said “it’s a pre-order” “shipping in 3-5 weeks”, all that stuff. Unfortunately, believed it, and ordered another one in January 2024. Same thing. Sent countless emails, even DM’d them on instagram, no reply. None of them came, till this day, December 2nd 2024. Really, really sad, because falling in love with the design made me and a lot of other people hope for nothing. I understand though, when i bought them, they were on sale, and with amount of feedback they received - all sorts of stuff can happen. I just wish they reached out and explained or gave a refund.

To them: everyone who hasn’t received your scarfs STILL see you active on social media and even on here. Please be decent humans being.

Nice scarfs - just takes a few weeks:)

I ordered my scarf October 23, and it got here today (November 20)! The scarf is soft and so pretty and exactly like in the photos on their website! It is long, thick material and comfy to wear! I knew it was a preorder like many small, sustainable shops work, so I didnt expect the scarf to arrive in a week. When I messaged the customer service, I got a quick response and then a week or two later I got an update that the scarf would ship in the next few days, which it did a couple days later! I can understand that some people are frustrated with the communication, however, it did say on the website that it was a preorder! Maybe it would help to get some updates in between, or in the confirmation email it could say again that the item is a preorder and maybe give an approximate shipping date! I really like my scarf and it was worth the wait in my opinion!
