I literally got flagged for defamation…
I literally got flagged for defamation from this company, due to my previous review. LOL. I ordered this scarf in March. Send multiple emails, to multiple addresses. And they don't answer. This is literally a scam. I got a mail the order was on it's way. But it never got registered with a delivery company... Total scam and they have the audacity to frame me for defamation. I never received a scarf and cannot get a refund because there is no communication. Big shit company. If they behave like this they should stop their business. They are obviously bad at it.

Unfortunately, communication with the Lorok company is impossible. I have tried to reach them several times by email, even via Instagram I have not received an answer. I ordered a scarf a while back, but haven't received anything since (ordernumber #3288). Personally, I don't think the scarf is cheap and I would really like to receive it, otherwise I will ask for my money back. As you can see in the other reviews, people are not satisfied with the delivery and customer service. If you order from Lorok, think twice.

Ordered a scarf back in February- never…
Ordered a scarf back in February- never received it. Have tried emailing and messaging on instagram but no response from the company. If someone from the company is reading this, I would like a refund for order #2914 that was never shipped to me. I have sent another email today with my reference number.

Zero communication with the shop
I ordered a scarf in the beginning of October and I was waiting patiently for any kind od information about my order, unfortunately not a single mail came, despite many attemps to contact the shop by me on email, Instagram or Facebook. Order #3124

Nice scarfs, ordered in the beginning of October, arrived today, as expected and placed in the website. I understand when someone only rule a website and is preorder.
Didn’t get my order
Didn’t get my order. Actually nothing to add to reviews below. Everything is the same. I wish I checked this site before ordering. Nobody replied to my email. In their terms written that we should keep a friendly type of communication but in fact Lorok is the one who doesn’t respect anybody. And it feels like a scam.
Where is my order #3152?
I am not going to wait months. Legal matter is coming.
UPD Lorok told me that this week my scarf will be sent. I was kindly asked to change this review after i got it. And u know what? nothing happened. another week has gone. did u what to change the review to even worse one?
UPD Ok. so I am really tired of this. EVERYBODY WHO WAS SCAMMED, LET'S COME TOGETHER AND FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST LOROK. HE SHOULD NOT GET AWAY WITH THIS.

I recently ordered one of their beautiful scarves, high quality, exactly as shown on the website. Mine got delivered even weeks before the production date shown on the page. Just check the date of shipping before you order, since they produce only upon ordering, which means it might take a few weeks.

My review was originally one star. I updated it to two stars because Lorok got in touch and refunded me the cost of the scarf and the shipping. Thank you Lorok.
I would like to update to more stars, but the original lack of communication, insanely long timeframe, and me in the end not getting the scarf I ordered almost a year ago prevent me from doing that this time. Next time I hope.

I ordered a scarf from Lorok in late December 2023. I still haven’t received it.
When I ordered it, it was a pre-order, and they said it would ship in mid January.
When I hadn’t received it or any notification after one month, I wrote them, and received a prompt reply from someone named Diego saying it would ship in the next few weeks.
When I didn’t receive it after a few weeks, I wrote them again (mid February). Eleven days later I received a message that seemed automated saying it would be dispatched the following week.
One month later (late March), I had not received the scarf, or any other notification. I wrote them a third time, asking when I would receive it. I did not receive a reply.
Two weeks later (early April), spring had come and I did not need the scarf anymore. I wrote to them saying I would like a refund for it.
One week later Diego replied with a quite long email (addressed to one ‘Igor’) offering me a discount on another order to ‘compensate for the delay’, and saying the original order would take an additional 2-3 weeks. At this point I assumed the whole thing was a scam, ignored the mail and tried to forget about it.
Then at the end of May I received a notification that the shipment was on its way, but didn’t hear anything more after that. No scarf ever arrived, and when I track the order it still, months later, just says ‘dispatched’ with no further tracking entries.
Recently I happened across the Trustpilot page and was interested to see both many people with an experience similar to mine, and some who actually (apparently) had received a scarf (?!).
So Lorok, if you’re reading this, please help—I would love the scarf if they are real, or at least a refund. It would be sad if you were a scam.

I have contacted the team via email several times but got no response or any update on my order. I have given up hope and believed that I just simply got scammed awhile ago, but then I received a promotional email from Lorok saying I’ll get 20% for my next order??? Just feel insane. Could I just get my refund plz.

I’ll gladly change the review if I did get my refund back, but I cannot find the refund payment in my bank account. I have since renewed my card that was used for the transaction so that may be the case. So if you would check where did the money go cause I don’t think it went through. Thx.

SCARF RECEIVED BUT COMMUNICATION BAD
My ORDER #3085 got lost, I contacted the shop several times via email and instagram, I tried to call via instagram, they never answered, I even contacted the founder via instagram, no answer, I never got my scarf, it’s very sad, I was happy to support a czech company cause I have czech roots but this is unbelievable, disrespectful and very unprofessional.

As I can‘t make a comment I have to add here. It‘s very sad that you ignore all my emails and instagram messages and finally just react cause I left a bad review here. If you would have read my emails you would know that I NEVER received my package from you, the post company Dpd stated my package as „delivered“ but that‘s not true. When I called Dpd several times they only told me the post man put it in my post box, but it was not inside. I only have 4 neighbours, I asked all of them and even had a look into all the post boxes with my phone light that day, there was nothing. Dpd told me they cannot do anything until the sender starts an investigation about this case with the post company Dpd, so I am reaching out to you again and ask you to please start this investigation, there must be an insurance that covers things like that. I‘m still waiting for my scarf.
