Do not order from here, it is a scam. I made an order in December 2023, and never received my package. I’ve tried to contact multiple times, and just received generic ChatGPT answers they didn’t even bother to customise. Avoid

I loved the webpage and the designs! Everything was fast, even the shipping to Portugal. The scarf is really warm, and I’ll be using it all throughout autumn and winter.

Delayed order solved, amazing scarf

After some initial delay I contacted them about my order and they explained to me that the new batch had some defects and they had to wait for the next one. The scarf arrived 2 weeks later and I couldn't be more happy with it :)

I love my cozy scarf

never received order

Hey, the same thing happened to me as with the rest of the people here, still i would like to underline how problematic it is. I ordered a scarf in April, nothing happened. In may i received an answer (from someone called Pablo) with the usual blabla, that it might take longer then usual and i received a discount code. In june i got another email that my shipment is on its way - since then as you guessed, nothing. And i find it quite disturbing, that since then the webshop is down and also my emails came back as the address was not found. For me whats strange is that the designer exists, some people received the products and i also saw it on ppl, but as they took our money and we never received anything its still a kind of scam. So im also waiting to reimburse my scarf...

Hey, since you don’t reply to emails I decided to write a message here.
What about the refund for my order #2285?
After a long time of waiting for the package to be shipped, it finally came back to you, so I would like to get my money back.

Not fair? Not fair is the lack of any contact with you for six months, despite my numerous attempts, and the failure to return due funds.

I would not have written this “review” here if you had written anything back, and so I had to go to such resources to get any response.
Reviewing this site, I see that I am not an isolated case.

I decided to buy from you because I like to support smaller businesses, but with this kind of behavior you totally discourage buying from you and other small shops.

I'm not going to write to you anymore, I already tried to reach you multiple times through multiple platforms. I have enough of this.

Name, surname and number of my order you have it all above here and in the other at least 10 emails I have already sent to you.

Bestellung niemals angekommen, absoluter scam

Bestellt, 4 Monate kein Lebenszeichen, dann Info, dass die Schals (90€) verschickt wurden. Das ist inzwischen 2 Moante her angekommen ist nichts und auf Mails wird auch nicht geantwortet. Inzwischen ist auch der Shop offline und alle Beiträge auf Instagram gelöscht. Ich hoffe, dass sich da rechtlich was machen lässt.

8-10 weeks we were fine with waiting!

-Then why don't you answer the emails OR Instagram DM OR Instagram comments and why did you delete those comments as soon as they were out?

"Our images are of real products, and the description includes detailed information about the size and other relevant aspects"

You wrapped your fake mannequin's neck in a way to make the scarf look longer so that's fake advertising.

I sent an email for a refund since I am not happy with the finish of the scarf. As I said, it lacks stitchings and the colors are less vibrant than in the ads.
Since it appears that you only answer when the demand is public, I'll ask again:
I want a refund for order 2810. Please send me the necessary information for the return.

What convinced me to spend 50E on that scarf was the fact that I like to support the small businesses I believe in.
I am not happy with the quality of the scarf but even if I was, I am too disappointed by your neglecting attitude to support you any longer.

If you don't do the necessary things, I'll take legal action.

Extrem lange Lieferzeit

Habe Anfang Januar einen Schal bestellt und nach über 4 Monaten erhalten. Die Lieferzeit geht gar nicht und über Mail habe ich nur generische Antworten bekommen. Der Schal riecht stark nach Plastik und die Qualität ist das Geld nicht wert. Zusätzlich ist eine Retoure nicht möglich!

Très mauvaise communication. Arnaque ?

J'ai commandé début janvier sur le site, je n'ai toujours rien reçu.

C'est un principe de précommande et il est écrit sur la fiche produit que la réception du colis peut se faire jusqu'à 6 semaines après la date d'achat (cette inscription a été enlevée du site d'ailleurs....), hors ça fait 12 semaines que j'ai passé ma commande.

Aucun mail ne vous est envoyé pour vous prévenir que le délais est rallongé ou même pour vous donner une estimation de la date à laquelle vous recevrez votre colis. Ils répondent à 1 mail sur 3.

Récemment, le 16 mars, on m'a annoncé que mon colis a été envoyé, sauf que quand je vais sur la page de tracking du colis il est indiqué est encore en cours de préparation chez l'expéditeur. Bien évidemment personne ne me répond depuis ce jour.

Je suis pour les initiatives des designers, de la production en petite quantité et pour le principe de précommande. Mais avec ce système il est nécessaire de tenir régulièrement au courant l'avancée de la production pour ne pas nous donner l'impression de nous être fait arnaqué. C'est vraiment énervant, surtout que j'ai l'impression de ne pas être la seule dans ce cas.

J'ai un peu l'impression qu'on se fou de moi.....

PS : J'ai commandé une écharpe et c'était pour offrir sauf que je vais la recevoir en été mdrrrrrrr.
