Heartfelt thanks
I just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to Bridie for her recent support. I called Lottie to ask for some advice for my Dad who has Alzheimer's. Lottie took the time to understand my father's current needs and later that same day sent me a comprehensive email with suggestions for local support in the area. She had clearly listened and understood my requirements. She has since followed up to ask how things are going and offered more advice. I really appreciate her kindness and knowledge in a subject where I regularly feel lost. Thank you Bridie - it means a lot.

We contacted Lottie because we were urgently trying to find a respite care home for our Mum who has complex care needs. Initially they struggled to find a place, however, once we agreed to look at homes that were around 30 minutes away from home, several homes became available. We particularly appreciated the help of Bridie who really went to work and found us a home very quickly and put us in touch with the home manager in order to get the assessment arranged. I was impressed with how professional Lottie were and would certainly use them in future.
