Lottie have been absolutely amazing
Lottie have been absolutely amazing. My father was recently hospitalised following a major stroke, and an already stressful situation was made even more difficult by the fact that he had been caring for my mother, who has dementia.
My sister and I contacted Lottie, and they were quick to arrange an appointment for us. We met with Klara, who took the time to understand our situation, clearly outlined the steps we needed to take, and suggested suitable care options. Her guidance and support were invaluable during a very challenging time.
I would highly recommend Lottie to anyone navigating care needs for elderly parents or loved ones.

Don’t delay and contract, Lottie Today
I can’t remember now how I came across Lottie, but I was looking at home care agencies. It was a mammoth task and then I found Bridie from Lottie.
Bridie took all the hard work off me and we went through the agencies together. Then she said leave it with me and I’ll get back to you. Which she later did with so much information on each agency and what the star quality rating were.
In the end, we chose 3 and again Bridie contacted the agencies and gave them a description of exactly what I needed. She also left my details with the agencies, so they could contact me at their convenience.
Bridie was just amazing, helped me so much and found out so much information, I could never have done it on my own.
Please contact them if you are in the same position as I was they really go above and beyond.

Helpful and supportive
Klara was so helpful and supportive, providing options and pricing regarding post-hospital respite care for my mother. I haven’t been able to follow up on the options (mum is still very unwell in hospital) but Klara has checked in and I know that when the time comes I will be able to circle back and find the best options to support Mum in her recovery.

Errors on Lottie's website
I didn't take advantage of speaking to an advisor at Lottie, but I found errors on your website with regard to what some homes have to offer. For example, one home was stated to not have hairdressing facilities when it does have one and that pets were not allowed to reside there or visit, when in fact it is actively encouraged to bring your pet to stay or visit. Errors auch as these could make a big difference in a family compiling a list if suitable homes for their loved one. Best sticking to the Care Home's actual website.

So helpful
So helpful, supportive, knowledgeable and caring. We have been ping ponging with my grandads care between hospital stays and then waiting for social workers. After speaking to Lottie, it made us realise they are the first people to show real compassion and care for his situation. Furthermore we now have an actual plan to move forwards with. Thank you

Help in a stressful time
Eva at Lottie was an invaluable resource when I was looking for a care home for my great aunt.
