More than just a google search
I was looking for local carers for my mother with Lottie. The search did reveal some companies/local carers that a google search did not. So well worth doing.

First class support in times of need
Lottie is a fantastic organisation and Im grateful of having access to this as part of my employment. This is my 2nd contact with them and both times the care specialist has been available within a short timescale, very approachable and knowledgeable and has taken time to understand our situation. Spam spam spam after registering.
It's just a comparison site nothing more.
My info was passed to the local providers some who reached out and were not pushy and pleasant.
However the amount of calls I have received from spam companies lying through their teeth is totally unacceptable.
I can guarantee I never recieved such calls prior to registering with lottie.org
My data is being farmed out indiscriminatly by someone.
Lottie reported my review as defamatory and requested more information about me and now think I have the wrong company...
You make up your minds?

However, based on how you used Lottie's website and our data practices, we're confident the spam calls you're experiencing didn't come from Lottie and that this is a misunderstanding.

Great tool for looking at care homes
Great tool for looking at care homes, the ones we have visited from their recommendations were all lovely. Unlike some others we visited previously. This literally cuts out the slog of searching through the mine field trying to find decent care homes and provides you with the best there is. Would definitely recommend using this service.
