Very good service. Opened my eyes to possibilities.
Lotties adviser was really helpful. We thought we would not be eligible for any caring help whatsoever, but there were several schemes that I could apply to for help. Being a carer is hard work at the same time as working full time. Lotties advice will help me to get some respite.
The adviser was very knowledgeable and provided me with a detailed written report that signposts to all the services that I might be eligible for. I’m working my way through it now. Could really help me.

If it didn't take as long to get the…
If it didn't take as long to get the right care company resolved, it would have been a 4 star. At first I was given an expensive company, that were lacking in the communication department, after explaining againwhy I couldn't use the previous 2 choices, they referred 'Mothers Own.'
Early days yet, but they managed to sort and clean the mess made by the previous care company.
The communication was ok, so give them a try.

Lottie makes it a lot easier. It’s always good to have an idea what you’re looking at before you arrive. It shouldn’t be about the money but having an idea of the charges of the home and the care rating is good.

Fast and efficient service
Despite the fact that none of the identified care homes resulted in a successful placement for short-term post-operative care for my mum, the service provided by Lottie was excellent. I received the search results from Lottie within the hour (via email) and contact from individual care homes followed shortly after. Lottie checked in with me regularly to provide support, information and for progress updates (following individual care home visits). I am grateful for the support provided by Lottie and would not hesitate to recommend their service.

Excellent website for people who want to view the best Care Homes in any particular region of UK! All Care Homes replied to my enquiry almost immediately! Managed to make the options between 3 Care Homes for my husband - very easy.

Fantastic information surrounding help for an elderly relative
Lottie provided fantastic information when an elderly relative found themself in a difficult situation regarding health and finances.
