We had a warm welcome from the manager she was very nice to talk to then she showed us round the home which she was very nice showed some bedroom.
The home was lovely and and clean.

Excellent meaningful advice
It was a real tonic to speak to Bridie because she gave me so much time and patience. It was enlightening to hear some of her initial thoughts with a lengthy personal follow-up email that I can refer back to.
There is clearly no hard sell and the respect and ability to listen means everything when trying to navigate the idiosyncracies of age related mental health decline.

I am considering a new care provider…
I am considering a new care provider but honestly felt overwhelmed and didn’t know where to start from random googling. I stumbled upon Lottie during my searches and gave them a call. I left a message and got an immediate call back. Bridie was warm, helpful and very informative, she really made my needs much more manageable and made the search process so much better! I explained our needs and effectively left these with her. I received a detailed, informative response the same day which saved me so much time and stress. Please give Lottie a call if you need help navigating all forms of care, you won’t regret it!

Lottie is an excellent benefit
Lottie is proved to me via my employer and I have contacted them multiple times to seek advice about care for aging relatives. The Lottie team are very responsive and have provided me with a lot of helpful information that I would have struggled to find by myself. The consultants are very friendly and I especially like that my family can contact them directly if they wish. Lottie is a great service and I’m very pleased my employer decided to offer if.

Really positive experience

Help in a broken system
It's a hotch potch of financial rules that don't make sense. Eva helped as she understood what was needed and looked in the area that I gave. She managed to find a home that was not asking for £200,000 on account. You get to a point when you can't do anymore.
