I’m quite disappointed with my recent purchase. The product is advertised as containing 24–28kg of wood per box, but the two boxes I received were noticeably underweight, one was around 20kg and the other roughly 22kg.

The quality of the wood itself seems fine, and the logs were quite uniform shape-wise, but the weight discrepancy feels misleading and doesn’t match what’s being advertised. I’d expect more consistency and accuracy, especially at this price point.

Overall, I’m disappointed considering the amount of money I spent to be well below the minimum range given, let alone anywhere near the higher end.

I've been ordering from Love Logs for a while and their logs are always great quality - a good size and they burn easily.
My most recent order experienced a delay in delivery - entirely the fault of the courier - I emailed Love Logs for advice and had a very fast response from a lovely lady called Heather who quickly sorted the issue successfully. Excellent, friendly customer service. I will be using them again and would recommend.

Just had another delivery from Love Logs. I've been with them nearly 2 years now after falling out with my previous supplier of several years. I wrote a glowing review 2 years ago, And thought it was time for an update. Well, the quality and service remain superb. So many companies get a bit complacent over time. Certainly not the case here. The smoking dust is very high quality. Lights first time, every time, in the spiral, with a simple tea light. Burns all the way round for about 12 hours without stopping, every time. I always do two runs for Salmon and cheese. The spiral is astonishingly clean afterwards, I just scrape it off with a small stiff brush each time, and spray it with cleaner every few months. The dust from my old supplier was very 'tarry' and the spiral needed scraping, spraying with BBQ cleaner, putting through the dishwasher every time, and putting in the oven every few months on an auto clean at 500 degrees ! Speedy delivery too. Ordered Tuesday (in panic because I ran out!), dispatched Wednesday, delivered Thursday. Just occasionally, little things in life are really good.

This is my second order with Love Logs, and it won’t be my last. The delivery 🚚 🕰️ from ordering is brilliant. Literally a couple of days if that. Firefighters, kindle, Hobbit Logs. If I could upload a photo of my cats crashed out in front of my wood burner then I would. No need to get my axe out as all the wood, Hobbit Logs sat perfectly in the stove.

Love logs deliver lovely hobbit logs kiln dried. Their customer services is excellent too.

Next day delivery, neatly delivered in cardboard boxes, nicely sized. Great service.

This is our third log delivery company in 7 years and the best by far. We live on a one way road in North London so cannot take delivery on a pallet. Some suppliers are willing to deliver barrow bags. Many are not. Love logs avoids all that. Well packaged in cardboard - trimmed to maximise logs per box and neatly packed. Sturdy boxes, delivered with no drama. The logs burn beautifully. I’m really impressed.

Quality product, next day delivery and really clear website showing exactly what you get! I hope this company does well as they clearly care about what they are doing.

Placed an order for the variety smoking logs and some whisky logs . Arrived safely and well packed and now looking forward for some better weather to get the smoker going . All in all an easy and no fuss purchase . Would recommend on this experience

Great product for my pizza oven. Bought the starter pack and it worked much better than the wood I had purchased previously it burned well and lots if heat for the pizza base will be ordering again as soon as it stops raining!

I had received my first order from love logs a few weeks back. I raised some small queries and Paul contacted me directly to address my concerns and immediately dealt with query. I have already ordered more logs and will continue to do so. Fantastic customer service. Thank you.

I placed an order for two bags of hermit logs yesterday for delivery today. Firstly, I am not impressed with delivery. I was told I would get a one hour slot. I don't even mind a four hour slot but DPD have given me a FIFTEEN hour slot. Separately, having gone to my emails to try to find the one which mentioned the slot (it may have been from DPD) I discover an email from Love Logs thanking me for subscribing to a regular order - I DID NOT - and further indicating that if I want to cancel or amend my subscription I must create an account with them! I think this company has lost their mind. Not happy so far.

As the king of last minute organisation the deliver service of love logs is an absolute saviour. So quick and good products time and again. I've now ordered charcoal, pizza logs and logs for the fire from them multiple times. Each time I've found the quality to be exceptional so thought it was high time to give praise where due.

Reported a problem about the speed at which the logs burnt to lovelogs. They said 'we cant do anything as you've burnt the logs'. As usual, one gets the measure of a company when you need some good honest customer service. I found none of that at lovelogs.

I have ordered logs on line before and they always came wrapped in varying types of plastic. This time I investigated further in to log purchasing and found Love Logs.

Best logs ever and no plastic to be seen.

Heather provided great customer care and they now have a loyal customer.

@1 month after making a purchase from lovelogs I was sent an invoice for a new purchase that I had not made, I could see this was genuine as there was a pending transaction on my account.
You cannot find a number to call lovelogs so I sent an email. I have received feedback from lovelogs pretty sharply to be fair that I had signed up to a subscription, I note that the invoice does not mention this.
Lovelogs and I are settling the matter but I really don’t remember why I would tick a box to order 50 firefighters a month?
A mistake was made somewhere.
They seem to be a genuine company, you just have to be very careful when ordering.

Absolutely brilliant company. Our latest order arrived yesterday beautifully packaged with no plastic tape, packing or bags in sight. Neatly fitted into a robust cardboard box and a joy to receive.
I would not contemplate buying from elsewhere.

We purchased an extra large woodburner fuel kit from Lovelogs. Super quick next day delivery using DPD. The natural firelighters, kindling and hardwood logs are all of good quality and burn beautifully. Highly recommended company.
