Really poor customer service. After receiving a rug which was not the same colour as described they would not refund the postage. Would not recommend this business

I really love my new rug! It did take three weeks to be delivered whilst they awaited a new shipment, and I do think their proactive comms about the delays could have been better given the price paid.... Toon meer

Love Rugs - Brilliant Company
Love Rugs very promptly answered my questions I sent by email. My order arrived very quickly and was as described. It was very good value comparing the price to other sellers. I would definitely recommend Love Rugs and would purchase from them again

Very helpful
The shop was very helpful when I popped into look for a rug for my recently decorated living room - gave me info on both types of rugs and colours.
In the end I ordered online as had been reassured that could return to shop if the rug didn't work for me.
Rug was delivered in timescales communicated.

A discontinued product made available
The product I wanted was discontinued, however, after speaking with a company representative, he was able to find the product and actual size I needed. The purchase went very smooth, he took the time to locate the product, to my immense satisfaction. Extremely helpful person!

The customer service from Love rugs was absolutely amazing! I sent an email on a Sunday morning and had a response within half an hour! The team went above and beyond to accommodate me and the rug was beautiful, was exactly as described at a great price and arrived quickly . Very happy customer.
