Really poor customer service. After receiving a rug which was not the same colour as described they would not refund the postage. Would not recommend this business

End of a long search.
Your company was the only that had a selection of circular RUGS that l liked. The rug was delivered on the day promised although a few hours late. I was pleased to be able to pay for it by credit card on the telephone as l will not pay on line. The rug is just right for my hall and good quality.

Great price, but the rug was delayed twice. I understand that it was due to delays beyond their control and they kept me updated, but I can only rate on my experience overall. Took far too long to arrive.

Wasted my time, did not deliver item
I ordered a rug which I thought was in stock and only after finishing order I noticed that there was a tiny small print on the page that said its out of stick and new stock will be available in 2-3 weeks!
(Who ever is in charge of your website design clearly has no clue about what a good user experience is)
After waiting such a long time I received a email from their delivery partner "DX" stating that the rug will be delivered today and as so I booked a day off from work and waited all day for it to be deliverd. it is now 8pm and nothing.
When I try to get in touch with the delivery company no body picks up the phone and the support overall online is non existent.
Edit: There is absolutely nothing inaccurate about my review and quite frankly I don't appreciate your rude tone in your reply as a customer that gave you their money and has not received their product when you said it should be delivered.
It’s not very professional to call a paying customer a liar and this brings me back to my previous point about your companies disappointing level of care towards your customers.
Edit: Rug arrives, looks great but its the wrong size..

You ordered a rug on a pre-order on on the 3rd of November.
Below the product, right next to the size and price is the expected despatch times for each size. It is very clear for all to see.
When you ordered, the rug had an expected despatch date of 14th November.
This was also repeated in your confirmation email.
You did not contact about this (you could have cancelled at any point).
The rug arrived with us exactly on time and was sent out on a next working day, tracked and signed for delivery service.
Tonight, at 8pm you have sent an email stating the rug did not arrive as expected.
While we apologise for the inconvenience we cannot guarantee or be held accountable for the rare occurrence when a courier is so busy they are unable to complete their delivery.
Your comments regarding not being able to get in touch are extremely disappointing, as, if you have attempted to phone, you have clearly attempted to do so outwith opening hours. Unlike other sellers online we have a showroom and we both have a phone (which not all online sellers do) and answer within a few rings during operating hours. We cannot man a phone 24/7 and in fact I am checking emailing and replying to this from home at almost 11pm.
I believe your review to be wholly and completely unjust and inaccurate, towards a small independent company who go out their way for their customers and to correct issues when they arise.
While you are entitled to your views I hope you will realise that in actual fact we have done and delivered everything in our power to get the rug to you as promised, and the only reason this did not happen was down to bad luck that the courier in your area was unable to deliver as expected.
