Well, I ordered a rug for my living room to match one I already had. Because it was made to order, rather than being a current production it took quite some time to arrive but in the end definitely worth it. A very lovely rug. And a perfect match for the other one

Before receiving the rug I was worried it might look cheap and that I’d have to return it, but on the contrary my rug turned out to be so much better than I expected.

Ordered a rug gripper on 12.01 and item stated “Express delivery in 1-2 working days”. By 16.01 I hadn’t received a dispatch email so emailed and called. I then received a dispatch email that day and the underlay was delivered by RM on 18.01. The rug still crinkles on it so not massively impressed with underlay or the slightly misleading timing on the website (I appreciate it was delivery in 2 working days but I didn’t expect dispatch to take so long given the way the express delivery was advertised).

Lovely quality rug, arrived speedily and was packaged with care.

Very good price, love the rug, provided a day for delivery & after staying in all day it arrived at 6:30pm ish Friday night, would be great if the window could be narrower (I wasn’t convinced it was coming) rug had a strong smell of the polyurethane but starting to calm down now. Would use Love rugs again, hopefully delivery can be looked at.

A great range of rugs is available, great delivery even during the Festive season. I'm delighted with my Red Peyton rug. Normally I prefer to view in store first but I purchased online this time and the quality and rich colour are exactly what I was looking for
