Hi
Thank you for the review. They need to be screwed tightly. If they won’t then you just need to file down the little white screw piece to all it to screw fully home. Give it a try and let me know. If it doesn’t work then we can exchange under our 6 months warranty.
Thank you x

Hi
Sorry to hear you were unhappy. I have just looked at your order and it was a pre order item which had to be made for you then shipped over by my beading team in the Baltics. We only use genuine Baltic amber and genuine beaders. The estimated posting date was on the order before you placed it. Our deliveries are at the end and mid to end of month. You placed the order on the 1st July and it was shipped to you on the 21st which is within the timeframe specified. Not all our items take this long to ship, only pre orders and custom orders and the delivery times are clearly specified on the items.
Many thanks
Marie

Beautiful jewellery
Beautiful jewellery, arrived within 3 days of purchase (both items were in stock.)
I actually don’t have any children of teething age, I bought these necklaces for myself as 38cm makes a lovely loose choker. Since wearing them, I can feel the calming effect of the amber and it makes for a less stressful day at work. Thank you so much Love Amber ❤️

Great product and customer service!
I ordered an 'Adult Cherryaid Raw Dark Cherry Baltic Amber Necklace' from the 'for him' product range. The order was easy to place, and emails kept me informed. The product arrived promptly and was well packaged. As before, the necklace is well made, to the exact specifications, and looks fantastic. Great quality and a great product! This is my second purchase from Love Amber, and I will happily order again. Thanks.

Lovely anklet and very well made
Lovely anklet and very well made. I contacted the seller about a size concern and received a response within the hour! Lots of help and advice from the owner, the website is also very informative, and we managed to sort the sizing issue without having to exchange and incur postage charges. Great customer service!

Beautiful bracelets and excellent service
I’m so happy with my bracelets, some for myself and some as gifts. They are very well made and brought a smile for everyone. They take a while to be made and sent but definitely worth the wait x

This is my 3rd order and its been 3 years since my last one and the products are still amazing quality!
Trying out a amber bracelet for teething for our new baby, hoping they work as well as they did for first and one for my 4 year old who has seasonal asthma to see if helps her in any way!
Great service and communication
