Overall great customer service! From when I hit that chat online service till delivery, a truly honest and dedicated family run business who clearly goes above and beyond to cater for the needs of all THEIR customers (not like those dodgy websites) but lovely cute beads. Thanks Love Amber X

Necklace came with broken beads
Necklace came with broken beads. (Cherry amber Childs size)
Most of the beads look like they’re going to break in half at any moment.
You have to pay to return so no point in my opinion.
Then obviously you have to wait for a refund or exchange.

Hi Kady
I just saw your review. Its the first I have heard from you regarding this. The beads are meant to look like that as are a natural product. They are irregular in shape and are made from chunks of amber resin which is polished to take off the rough edges so they will have lumps and bumps and hollows. We only sell natural amber. Fake amber is perfectly smooth and round. Please can you send me a picture of the broken beads? Our warranty is for 6 months so if defective it will fall under that and can be replaced for free. Returns are only chargeable if your ordered the wrong size or design, not for warranty items. We are in the UK so the wait for a replacement is not a long one. I emailed you too but not sure if you received that yet. Please get in touch.
Many thanks
Marie
