The product is great but the response on any issues is horrible!! I've cancelled my subscription, twice, yet again, they shipped me product. I have e-mailed 2 times & called and get no answer. I've said if I get no answer after 1 week of my first email, I would file a fraud claim. Do I want to do that?? NO!!! But someone is not doing their job & I want my money back.

Great product! It really is hard for me to find a protein powder that is dairy-free, high quality, and without a lot of chemicals. Very good consistency compared to other brands, a lot less chalky. It mixes well, without clumping.

Subscribed to monthly protein and sulphora deliveries, so this is essentially a repeat review (because I'm a repeat customer!). I love this company and their attention to ingredients, and delivery is reliable; once a long time ago I had an issue that the service team fixed with friendliness and efficiency.

Whenever I've had an issue or a question, I send a quick email AND I get a quick response. I'm also grateful for the tracking service and get the products within a reasonable time.

With all the supplement companies out there, it is truly delightful to order from this company knowing that you can be sure you are getting the best in products. They make ordering very easy, and products are sent in a very timely manner.

ordered multiple products got 1 and no explantion and no packing slip or why. had a hard time contacting by phone. after multiple tries I did get help one items at a time. the tracking department is not good either, 3 days it said it was still at the same place with no updates. I am canceling my subscription and if i like your product i will order from amazon . even with your discount its cheaper there

I have asked for my Bone Vitallity to stop since I have too much, but they keep comingl I do lkike the product, but no one seems to hear when you want to manager yiour subscription.

I like the product. My first shipment was damaged. I was satisfied with the replacement. The September shipment took a very long time to receive.

I appreciate your customer service crew, particularly Kai, Gem and Cha. The products are great, I feel confident taking them, and believe they are supporting my shift to vegan diet.

I tried to slow the shipments coming in and the site wouldn't let me, I thought I cancelled it and then another shipment just came in months later.

The product is great, but the shipping method is horrible and highly unreliable to cost as much as it does. I ordered my vitamins at the end of September. They got lost. Talked to customer service and they shipped out more, but it still took too long to get my vitamins. Almost a month of being without my vitamins because of the shipping method being USPS and having to be shipped out twice. I live in NC and the tracking information showed that the package I finally received had gone from IL all the way down to Georgia!!! Before coming back up to NC. Absolutely ridiculous!!

I like the product, but I would appreciate if they notified me a week before my subscription was going to ship, with an option to manage the timing. They only notify when the subscription has already been shipped, so I end up getting too much product.

All of your products are TOP of the line. I use 3 and am impressed with each. Can see an improvement in my health. You have earned my trust.
