I love the company not jjst because is a 100% vegan but because the products are great the only thing is that I’ve had few issues with shipping and missing order couple of times now they resolved the problems quick is just the waste of time going thru emails to send proof.

This supplement is expensive
This supplement is expensive. I'm willing to pay the extra money because of the promise of third-party testing. Unfortunately, about half of the orders I receive do not have the third-party testing results at the time they ship the product. I have to fight with customer support for days or weeks to get a hold of the results. They are unfailingly polite, but pretty clueless.

I have never experienced such a frustrating and unnecessarily complicated customer service process.
I placed multiple orders with Complement and experienced repeated shipping delays, backordered products, and charges for merchandise that had not been delivered. I was left trying to figure out which orders had shipped, which products were missing, and which refunds had actually been processed.
What made this experience particularly unacceptable was the customer service. After more than 50 emails, I repeatedly received vague, contradictory, and incomplete responses. I asked numerous times to have my concerns escalated to a manager or supervisor, yet not once did management step in or contact me.
Even obtaining refunds for delayed, undelivered, or disputed orders became an exhausting process. I had to repeatedly explain the same issues, provide documentation, track shipments myself, and reconcile my credit card transactions just to determine what I was owed.
Although my refunds were eventually processed, it should never have required this level of persistence to resolve straightforward order and billing problems.
A company can have shipping problems. What matters is how it handles them. Unfortunately, Complement demonstrated a serious lack of accountability, communication, and customer care.
After 50+ emails and repeated unanswered requests for management intervention, I have completely lost confidence in this company. I would not recommend ordering directly from Complement based on my experience.

Didn't get my full order
I ordered the For Her Essential system and for the second time, did not receive my full order. I only received the Essential, not the For Her. I am currently out of both and now have to wait even longer to take them because otherwise my subscription timing will be off. However, customer service is extremely responsive and quick to remedy any issues. I've always received amazing customer service and I trust their products 100%.

It's the Real Deal!
At first, I wasn't sure about Complement as I was unfamiliar with Amla berries. After doing a lot of research and gaining knowledge about the berries and their abilities to help improve one's health, I bought some and used it as the directions stated. I honestly could tell a difference. I now buy Complement protein, creatine and their Essential vitamins/minerals. They also provide webinars that are informative and not begging for the viewer to purchase products. Complement is fantastic!
