I appreciate knowing that I'm taking a vegan product that's great for my health and is cruelty free and gives me the nutrients I need. You're always prompt in sending the vitamins and I appreciate the service you give me.

Beware of this company. A long story: they sent me a defect product (gel caps half full). I asked for a refund, it took them 3 months and multiple e-mails to act, pretending that they were out of stock when their website showed that they still had them in stock. I cancelled my subscription early july, and with a canceled subscription, they are still charging and sending me products. I wouldn't trust them for a second.

My auto delivery was delayed over 2 months because the product was not available

Not only was my delivery late, it was incomplete. This is twice in a row I’ve been stiffed of products I’ve already purchased. As it is, I cannot in good conscience recommend your company.

Frustrating product availability. Love the product but I can't depend on product availability so I have to order from other supplement providers.

My order was two months late due to supply issues, and when it finally arrived, two of the three items were missing. I’ve reached out three times about this order and am still waiting for a reply.

Good company! They are most accommodating to changes to your subscriptions or whatever else needed.

Even though there was some misunderstanding, they kept in touch with me until the problems were solved at last.

Ordered their Bone Vitality Feb. 27. Supposed to get 2 "free books" and a coupon. Heard nothing for weeks. Contacted them. Got an apology but nothing else for weeks. Contacted them again for a refund. They said since some of the order was sent I couldn't get a full refund. I hope they weren't talking about the " free books" because I never got them either. Contacted them again and the reply came "Hello Susan" (not my name, I hope Susan does better than me with them). Finally today, April 13 I got a pending refund.

I agree with John Wilson. You cannot get any customer service outside of a robot through both the chat and emails. I placed an order for several of their products WITH a subscription. For a few weeks, I never received a shipping confirmation. When I reached out to them, the chat said there was a delay based on their supply. When it was even longer and still no confirmation, I started emailing and got a response that there was a problem with my payment. When I challenged that because they had already taken my money, they started apologizing and promising immediate shipping with 2 day service. I'll have you know that I have yet to receive my order. Not only that, it's been so long that they have already charged me for the second months subscription. They refuse to call me directly to get this matter straightened out. They didn't not want to refund me and have stopped answering my emails. I'm totally disgusted. Customer service with this company is a joke. My initial order was placed on February 6, 2026. Today is March 9, 2026. No products, no refunds, and now a second charge for the non-existent products.

Wanted to talk to some one about their products to no avail. I emailed them and asked them to contact me with no response after days. Avoid this company if you have questions.
