The application process was straightforward, and the Loveelectric team kept me informed at every stage.
The salary sacrifice scheme offers great value, making it an affordable way to drive a brand-new electric vehicle while benefiting from tax savings. The BYD Seal itself has exceeded my expectations—it's stylish, comfortable, well-equipped, and a pleasure to drive.

Reloved Cars - Simple supported process.
Love electric made the entire process from selecting and comparing available cars to choosing a specific available used/Re-loved car for delivery very simple. Once chosen the processing and support team were there at each step to finalise the order and arrange delivery. Once the order was confirmed and checks completed my car was with me just over a week later.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Amy throughout my journey with loveelectric. From the outset, she was friendly, responsive, and highly knowledgeable, making what can often feel like a complex process of switching to an electric vehicle much easier to navigate.
Amy consistently went above and beyond to support me, whether it was arranging a test drive at short notice, providing helpful advice on securing a limited-offer vehicle, or resolving issues with adding a second driver to my order. She handled every query promptly and professionally, always taking the time to ensure I felt confident and informed.
What stood out most was her proactive approach and willingness to find solutions. She liaised with third parties on my behalf, followed up on outstanding queries, and made sure nothing was left unresolved. Her communication was clear, reassuring, and personable throughout.
Overall, Amy has been a tremendous help and a real credit to loveelectric. Her level of service has made a significant difference to my experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both her and the company to others considering an electric vehicle.

Excellent Communication
I was kept up to date at every step and only had to wait 3 weeks from the order being accepted through to delivery. I requested if it could be delivered sooner, and they tried their best to accommodate this, but is was down to the delivery company. However, the effort was appreciated.

We’re sorry for any disappointment with your delivery date being moved back by a few weeks from the initial estimate, although we're delighted that your car has now been delivered and do hope you're enjoying driving electric.
The lead times advertised can be subject to change and dependent on the manufacturers, but once we receive an update, it’s immediately passed on and communicated.
We’ll be reviewing the process around our estimated delivery dates with our dealership partners in and attempt to improve the experience and mitigate any disappointment if the estimated delivery date changes.

2nd car with Love Electric…
2nd car I've now taken up after faultless 1st car experience (only minor issue in that I could not extend the contract on that.) BUT managed to change to a new car on a longer lease which reduced my monthly costs. All the selection / changeover was very efficient. highly recommended.
