Always delivered on time, beautifully packed and great quality shellfish. The boned half ducks are excellent.

Was sorely disappointed with my order. A) It was delivered a week later albeit that I could have cancelled. B) Phone call to say they did not have the steak I ordered and offered other types. B) The day my order turned up money was refunded for missing Shanties (The whole reason I placed the order). Smoked Haddock looked of poor quality. I could have spent less buying locally. Never again.

We normally order products supplied by Good Taste Foods based in Bristol. On this occasion, our distributor supplied a substitute product from LoveWhatYouEat, also based in Bristol. Turns out that Good Taste Foods had filed for voluntary liquidation back in March, owing tens of thousands to creditors including HMRC and others. A search of Companies House then shows a Director then sets up another company with his son
as sole director instead, trading out of the same location. Smacks of sharp business practice. Won't be buying from this company.

First and probably last delivery from them today 21st May. The parcel was left outside our front door after 3.30. The driver neither knocked nor rang our fully-functioning door bell, which has an extension in the kitchen. Bearing in mind the weather today🤦‍♂️ When retrieved the parcel had-unsurprisingly-started thawing,🤔the requested 3 x 2 chicken breasts had morphed into 2 x 3 making it difficult to store in our fridge/freezer. This was pure laziness, as the carton could have accommodated twice my delivery. Quite the inauspicious start I had not envisaged for a brand new Customer Cherry Trees, London Road, Beccles, Suffolk, NR34 9YU

Have thawed chicken and gammon. Supposed ‘Free-Range chicken was bloodied, contained bone, and poorly trimmed.

Gammon was fat-laden, but with Trustpilot on the side of Companies and not posters-no photos of second-rate food allowed.

We are sorry to hear there were some issues with your delivery.

DO NOT BUY from this website, I purchased beef wellington in Dec , they never showed up and I was told it was because they were on a break, I've been promised a refund for weeks and it's. Kt shown up yet, I fear as they have rebranded this is a fake site, purchase at your own risk,

bought cod loins, states 20% water glaze, upon defrosting was actually nearer 30%, but quite nice fish with whats left!

Good company, nice food and decent service. I ordered a packet of smoked salmon but it wasn't that great but they refunded me quickly. Lovely marinated king prawns
