A warm, pleasant and helpful customer service experience. It made the purchasing journey very enjoyable.

Have known the Powell family for many years personally and as a customer my purchase from Lowes was a Christmas gift to my wife. As always the attention to detail from the staff was second to none, beautiful vintage piece that was sized in days and ready for a covert collection whilst my wife sat in their other shop a few doors down. Cannot recommend highly enough forget modern jewellers, for the very best in quality, value and service visit Lowes and Powells.

I have found Lowes to be very responsive and professional on their communications with me. They gave me confidence when the modifications were being made to a jewellery item I had purchased. They also assured me on the postage of the item and how it was being tracked during delivery.

Fabulous Jewellers in the heart of Chester they have the most amazing antique jewellery. Bought a beautiful Edwardian necklace as usual their service is second to none.

We have bought in Lowes before and found the service to be of a high standard. We popped in last week and found a new silver necklace which was exactly what my wife wanted for her birthday so I bought it. Once again the service was first class.

My lovely amethyst earrings, of course, but also talking with Tina (Young) was interesting and informative. Her friendliness and professionalism enhanced the experience.
