Won £65 on free spins and then it says I need to wager £29,000 before I can withdraw this 😡

I joined this site and won I made a withdrawal and it charged me the they said my bank had refused it so I had to request withdrawal again they charged me again. I played again a couple of weeks ago
And it just took all my money no wins at all . Scandalous and the same goes for the free spin aswell it never gives you anything at all it’s been like this for 6 months they use excuses that everybody’s heard before “it depends on deposits an how often you play “ whatever I’m not putting anymore money into this casino you show no loyalty to your customers whatsoever

No telephone number this company are dodgy thieves do not use this dodgy robbers dogs....

The staff are patronising and all part of the scam! They aim to give no customer service in the hope people get bored of complaining ans leave their money. I have never experienced worse service from any other company in the world. Zero stars!

Update from 2 days ago, after getting resolver involved lucky admiral paid my £8000 winnings the next day.

This is an awful experience. Deposited £30, wagered £10 and won £220. Tried to withdraw, told I need to upload ID. Uploaded ID, 24 hours later I have the option to withdraw finally. Try to withdraw.. told I need to make a deposit!? Make a £10 deposit, try to withdraw the £250... told I haven't wagered enough since first deposit to make a withdrawal!?
Wager another £20 against my will to try and be able to finally withdraw (which I lose). Let's me withdraw but tells me I need to submit ID AGAIN!!!! So I'm now left with a pending withdrawal of £230 (down from initial £250) and no idea if or when my money will actually arrive to me.

I've sent 4 emails to customer support in the past 48 hours and had no response at all. Shocking casino will never use again once I finally get this money I'm entitled to.

Would not recommend this site. Very poor customer service. Impossible even to reset password.

No problem registering and depositing money into there business.
I didn't bother signing up for any bonuses or promotion.
Cannot withdraw any of my withdrawable balance and they have had a profile security picture of my ID and face. Cannot contact them via there help centre,no contact number.
Easy to deposit and if you win or lose impossible to receive your money. This is a criminal act to with held goods or money from there rightful owner.
I will continue to pursue this and with the authorities.

I joined on 07/02/25, and deposited in total £80. I eventually won £118.95. I then went to Withdraw.
The Withdrawal could only be £98.95, as a fee would be taken, and the bonus won could not be withdrawn until £3000 had been played, over a period of time.
I then had to upload proof of Identification. I sent my Passport details on the 08/02/25. I allowed the 48 hours which they needed to verify. I have also sent a number of emails, asking why I still cannot withdraw on the 11/02/25. No answers to any requests made, and the Live Chat does not work. When I eventually get my money it will be a miracle. Avoid this Website, unless you like Trauma.

I won £600 pounds on the machines they wanted information I put passport information they asked for I contacted there website and they still haven't sorted it out so I lost all the money in my opinion don't believe what you see on the TV

I am normally never ever influenced by advertising however Lucky Admiral who seem to have about 90000 adverts a day on tv managed to persuade me to sign up. A couple of weeks later without one withdrawal and many hundred pounds poorer I decided to self exclude. Like all of these wretched casinos LA allow you to deposit and lose unlimited amounts without any need for verification but should you even attempt one withdrawal and they demand the verification palaver. At least some other casinos allow a few withdrawals before they start with the frustrating verification nonsense. Steep clear and let them waste their money on incessant advertising.

Absolute ripoff stay away I deposited £100 I played double lucky lines at £2 a spin I hit a bonus and won £300 so I played on the same game same stakes and lost it all so I had 150 dead spins that disgusting and you call that fair gaming your just like the rest of your other jumpman casinos a total scam people stay away

Over a few hours playing slots I had placed £1400.00 into my Lucky Admiral account, loosing most of it. I then attempted to withdraw £250 this was impossible I have no valid photo ID and do not have utility bills.
They will not let me access my account and will not reply to my emails. On 28th of september luckyadmiral have closed my account and barred me from their site keeping whatever money was in the account.
This is theft and cannot be legal.Do not bet with them

Joined a week ago had the same problem as everyone else,email them got email back two days later and spoken to Declan and he sorted everything out for me I sent a document up then two days later got a email of Declan to tell my winning was to be deposit soon and it was. Big thanks to Declan

Joined a few days ago,came to try to withdraw and it won’t let me verify my ID although never had a problem in the past.Tried emailing customer service and got no response.Got money in my account but it will just have to stay there.Really wish I had not found this site .Should have read the reviews first.
I now have to add to be fair that everything is now sorted and got my withdrawal with help from customer service 🙂

Do not sign up with these guys. Check the terms and conditions, 65 * wagering and maximum withdrawal. Plenty of sites out there without all of this. No wonder they can afford to advertise 24/7 they never pay anyone out

Slow and tedious process to verify payment only get a response from customer service once a day between 8 and half in 8 morning been waiting 5 days to get the winnings into my bank and its still not sorted now..

Other sites have the winnings into your bank within 20 minutes not waited this long for winnings ever
