Luff Reviews

Purchased mattress and pillows and couldn’t be happier. Excellent customer experience with Laura who helped with the process. Happy to recommend.

Soft elegant and beautiful for a bedroom bedding. Breathable and does wonders after cleansing and night time skincare routine.

Finally a pillow case I can trust! Natural fibres and amazingly comfortable so I can sleep well knowing it’s better for my skin and hair

Prompt delivery.Pillow is exceptionally constructed and so comfortable. Will be back for a mattress soon.

Very happy with the customer service provided

I did a ton of research on pillows, I've literally tried everything even simba, Emma and so on! I was interested in the sound of the Cloud pillow and if it didn't work for me I had 30 days to return, I would usually know after the first night but I was prepared to give it a week! One night and the comfort is incredible 😲 all the little pockets keep it exactly where the support needs to be, I've never seen a pillow with lots of individual pockets, genius, it's so soft it literally doesn't feel like a pillow and more importantly, i don't wake up with neck and shoulder pain.

Can't recommend their pillows enough. We have the prestige bamboo pillow and it's the most comfortable pillow as you can adjust the comfort level. The company is so professional and their products are amazing quality. From the sales team to customer services really impressed. Highly recommend this company

excellent service

I HAVE 4 SETS NOW AND THEY ARE SO SOFT AND SILKIE
I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO ORDERNEY ONE'S AGAIN
THERE IS NO HAIR ON MY PILLOW WHEN I GET UP IN THE MORNING AND NO CREASE MARK'S ON MY FACE WHEN I GET UP IN THE MORNING.

Great product

Great company. They kept us informed along the way by email and a telephone call. The delivery company they used keep us informed, delivered on time and took our old mattress away.
The mattress is wonderful to sleep on. No more back ache. The pillows had zips so we could empty some of the stuffing to suit us and they are very comfortable.

Well made but could be a bit firmer good quality

My order has still not arrived, had to download shopify to see an update, nothing telling me about my order apart from they are awaiting details. Now the company are asking how i slept!
No email updates from the company.

Avoid the disappointment of promises about 2-4 working days by not using this company. I have tried to cancel the order- I can’t on shopify or on the company’s website. Terrible experience that is keeping me awake!

It’s a very good pillow , very comfortable and just the right height and very supportive

Fantastic pillow i am sleeping so much better, no neck ache . The best pillow I I have ever had. I highly recommend this product.

I got the firm mattress. It’s deep and comfortable. The bedding is soft and luxurious. The pillows are firm, but still easy on the neck. I feel, I sleep much better and more soundly since I’ve switched to Luff. I recommend you give it a try. Chances are you won’t send them back.

So far I’m really enjoying the LuffSleep Prestige Adjustable Pillow. I especially like the fact that you can add or remove foam to adjust the height and firmness to suit you, which makes it much more versatile than a standard pillow.

I also want to mention Sabina, who was working at Costco when I bought it. I had actually picked up a much cheaper pillow for around £21, but after she explained the LuffSleep pillow and its features, she convinced me to spend around £46 instead. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy.

I recently contacted LuffSleep to request some additional foam and they responded quickly and arranged for it to be sent out, which was great customer service.

Overall, a very positive experience so far.

I was persuaded by the website to order the Pressure relief bamboo spring pillow, costing a lot more than I ever thought I would spend on a pillow. From the first night sleeping on it, I knew it was absolutely well worth the risk. Super comfy and supportive 💕

Finally found a pillow that works as a side sleeper!
I have chronic pain in my back & neck & have been trying to find a new pillow for ages. The Bamboo Honeycomb Pillow is so good that I bought 2 (I now have a spare) This pillow is fabulous ! I was lucky enough to speak to a Luff representative at Costco & she guided me to this pillow.
The honeycomb gel is a bonus as it stays cool. No more pillow turning all night long.
