Great quality Luff pillow
I bought a pillow by Luff for my daughter. Very impressed with the deep memory foam and bamboo cover. Not too expensive given the high quality. Would recommend 😁

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the pillow hasn't met your expectations.
Would you mind contacting us at hello@luffsleep.co.uk with your order number and confirming which pillow you purchased? We'd love the opportunity to better understand your experience and see if we can help.
Cooling is a subjective experience and can vary depending on factors such as room temperature, bedding, and individual sleeping preferences. That said, we understand that what matters most is how the product performs for you personally.
We'd also like to clarify that all of our pillows are covered by our 100-night sleep trial. If you're not completely satisfied, you're welcome to return the pillow for a full refund within this period.
If you reach out to us directly, we'll do everything we can to ensure you're completely satisfied.
Kind regards,

Luff Products
My girlfriend and I visited the Luff Stand in April 2026. We were encouraged by the lady there whose name is Sarah to examine the pillows and mattresses. We asked Sarah if the mattress would sink and she reassured us both that it wouldn’t and was backed up by the product guarantee. Sarah allows my wife and I to check the product throughly while providing details intermittently. The quality of the products along with the professionalism of Sarah was first rate unlike others showcasing similar products of a similar description. We are impressed with the products.

Laura Luff
I am a regular at Costco Chester, and always bought my pillows from there. Since I had neck cancer finding one that supports my neck without cramping in the night was not happening. I thought about Luff as they always had demos in store. Then one day a lovely lady called Laura, called me over and after chatting to her was convinced. I bought a pillow and it had an instant impact, now I wouldn't be without it. If it wasn't for Laura's infectious smile, lovely tone and the empathy towards my condition, I wouldn't have bought one. Thank you Laura and Luff.

Passed by the Luff stand in Manchester and got talking to Sarah who works there. She recommended me a pillow to try as I am a poor sleeper and haven’t found a pillow I like. Have been using it since April and it’s really comfortable and my sleep has improved as a result.
