I recently had an issue with one of my units and called the Luma's service. They quickly found the issue and suggested that we replace one unit. That unit was fedex'd to me with a lable to return the unit in question. They also asked me to call then when the new unti arrived so they could walk me through the set up to ensure that all three units were properly functioning.

This a very good investment. I have not had any low wifi signal error messages on any device in my home since I installed these. (3) lumas cover 3000 sq ft perfectly. Works better than expected.

I pre-ordered two Lumas before they were released. It resolved my issues by extending my wifi network across my house upstairs and down. They are easy to setup, use, and look nice.

I have not had to deal with any repairs or returns, so I can't speak on customer service.

A lot of companies will retell you about there greatvcustoner services etc etc. Luna has been a diwmins in the rough - where they don't send you to a "supervisor" or have a third party vendor etc. they are no frills and there priest Ct works as expected if no better. I have chatted with them and they have answered all my questions before and after I got the luma system. Just an all around great company with an excellent product, a hidden gem.

Small, pretty, very effective.

I purchased 3 hub system from Best Buy in November 2016, 2 of the remote hubs failed sometime in last few months, not sure when. Main hub lost wifi ability in last week, contacted rep, he reset main hub and then attempted to reset remote hubs and discovered they were no longer functioning which I had suspicions as wifi at TV was weak at best the last few months. Replacement remote hubs ordered, arrived in 2 days, great service!

Works as advertised.

The throughput in the far corners of my house is incredible. Also love the additional security features for the kids. Great product.

I am the sole proprietor of a small business. I have limited knowledge of anything related to technology (and no time to learn a new system). I initially paid a company to set up my office using Apple AirPort devices and, while my desktop worked perfectly, my guest Wi-Fi crashed constantly. I purchased Luma three months ago, installed it myself with no difficulty, configured my settings via the app and it has worked flawlessly. My guest Wi-Fi has not crashed since installation of Luma. I run my VoIP phone system with Luma without any difficulty. I recommend this system to any small business owner!

I have had Luma in my home for about a week and absolutely love it!! We have a 3 level home which has experienced dead spots in certain areas and trouble streaming as well. We installed a Luma on each level to maximize coverage and it is amazing! Luma was very easy to set-up. Although, I ran out of ethernet ports on our modem, so I called Luma customer service for help and they were great! They recommended I purchase a 5-port gigabit switch ($20) and it solved the problem. My internet speed has improved drastically and is consistent throughout the home. Amazing!
I have young children who each have their own devices and love the option to monitor and control internet usage and set restrictions on each individual device. The Luma iPhone app is very intuitive and easy to use. I can go on the app from anywhere and see who is on the network and have the ability to interrupt it at any time. I can only imagine what Luma will do next. It is a great product and am thrilled with its performance!

I worked in WiFi before the term "WiFi" was coined. Home WiFi has, unfortunately, been stuck behind enterprise WiFi for a long time...until now. Finally, someone put enterprise mesh WiFi together with smartphone control and - voila! - Luma is born. I replaced my entire home network with Luma and my iPhone in 20 minutes. Every device worked - and worked MUCH better - and now I can actually see every device on my network without having to login to 192.168.1.x with an admin screen to see what is connected blah blah blah. Now I do what everyone does to check just about anything in their lives: I open the app on my iPhone and see what's up. Add a guest? Remove a device? Add a new Luma device? Pause the internet so my teenagers actually do their homework? Give a teenager permission to visit a specific site? Yeah, all that from my iPhone Luma app. Booyah. Home WiFi is now good, and since we're no longer tied to one crappy cheap plastic "home wifi router", we have exactly zero dead spots in the entire home. Need robust reliable and ridiculously easy to manage home WiFi? Luma's your new best friend.

I've been using the Luma WiFi system in my house for about a month and it is far superior to anything else on the market. Setting it up out of the box is as easy as installing an app on a phone and following simple instructions. If you have any problems their tech support is top notch. WiFi routers are distributed, so the whole house gets full coverage and fastest speeds. For parents, the app gives you the option to set content filters, limit online time, and enable/revoke access with just a couple of swipes of your finger.

My installation of Luma was no picnic. We have Xfinity Home, which requires that their router be installed immediately after the modem, plus we use Ooma telephone service as well as multiple devices that use the Internet. I purchased Luma because I'm an online educator and run meetings online and had had some dropped connections during those meetings. In any case, I called support because I couldn't seem to make all the products work together. The customer support was the best I've encountered. We worked together and ultimately I have a great connection everywhere (basement, first and second floor), no dropped connections, VOIP phone service, and beautifully streaming Netflix, Amazon Video and multiple computers, iPads and iPhones. I couldn't be more pleased.

I've had Luma WiFi now for a month and absolutely love it. They are very responsive to customer feedback and the improvements keep coming. Having the insight into your home network and control for devices and people (children) is essential. They are the only ones offering an affordable, flexible and reliable solution on the market today.

Our company installs thousands of wireless routers in residences. Due to residence size, many installations require more than one box. Also, many of the higher performance routers have numerous ugly antennas that look awful in a residence. For these reasons, Luma looked very attractive to us. While the smartphone and "light monitoring" setup is good for non-technical people, we found it to take too long. I wish there was a GUI interface via Ethernet for advanced users to manually input settings. We had a few startup problems but tech support at Luma was excellent for help. When using three Lumas, we discovered speed was about 40% slower at units not directly connected to the modem. I assume an Ethernet connection between units would solve that problem and many of our installations have that capability. Luma is the most attractive wireless router on the market.

We love Luma! We now have reliable wifi all over the house! And the personal service is outstanding! So nice to have almost immediate responses to my emails, and I always get a friendly and courteous human being on the phone when I call. They will spend the time needed to resolve any issues. Thanks Luma and your staff!

Luma is an excellent choice to eliminate dead zones in internet coverage inside the home. Before, I'd lose my internet connection when moving from the living room to the master bedroom. I'd also have to restart my printer because of a lost connection. Since installing Luma, those issues have disappeared.

I have young children and they are at an age where they are exploring the Internet. The ability to filter content for each users in the house is the main draw for me. As a parent, this is great value. Also, the ability to turn on/off guest WIFI from anywhere is a big plus.

I've made some suggestions to improve the products. The company really listened and have incorporated some of them. What more can I ask from Luma?

I have tried numerous WiFi routers and they seemed to start fine but ended up with the same problems time after time. I had dead spots and dropped internet constantly.

I've had my Luma set up for almost two months now....and I've not had any problems with my WiFi since. I have 23 devices using the network and all users are pleased.

The Luma 3-pack was a little pricey, $399..but it's hard to put a price on solid WiFi especially when you have a home office and depend on consistent coverage to get work done. Thanks to Luma, I'm able to sit on my back patio with my laptop and a nice cup of coffee without having to worry about whether I can dial into my webex meetings..
