Andrew, Justin, and Dylan are the most responsive and most helpful flooring people I have ever done business with. They were very flexible and understanding with my scheduling and restraints in my flooring project and I can't thank them enough. The Garrison products used in the project were amazing, both the hardwood and the adhesive. And the quote they provided me was incredibly competitive.

If I have another hardwood flooring project, I'm not going to hesitate to do business with them again

Excellent customer service, great price getting anything you need! Orders big or small, they will help you in every single step. We had a flood during j stallion and they quickly helped us get a replacement for what was damaged, and walked us through mitigating damage to what had been laid. This is what businesses should strive to be.

He was responsive, provided ample samples before I decided on my floor material, and kept in touch during delivery as well as afterwards ensuring that I was pleased with my new floor. Sometimes things don’t go perfect but a company still deserves 5 stars. We had a mix up at the pick up location that turned into a big inconvenience. However Lumber Jack stayed on top of it and did right by the mistake. Would absolutely use them again

The experience working with Lumberjack Direct was incredible. I couldn't find the Hallmark flooring we were looking for anywhere in the country. I called Jacob and Dylan and they were able to get me the lowest quote, the cheapest freight, and the fastest ship time. We are going to have flooring in our house in a week instead of 6-8 weeks.

Lumberjack direct had great pricing for my new hardwoods and their customer service was amazing. Spoke to a very knowledgable individual who helped me with my order and it only took about 10 days to ship.

I was honestly surprised with how well they packaged the pallet and it arrived with no damage to any of the boxes of hardwood or the separate tube with my hardwood transitions and stair edges
