I purchased flooring that I had previously worked with, so I already knew I was getting a quality product, but this was a first time using Lumberjack Direct. Chat and email were excellent ways to communicate and get questions answered and my order was delivered quickly and effeciently.

I bought 1000 square feet of wood flooring. Lumberjack gave me the best price of anyone I could find. They were so helpful. They shipped fast and kept me in the loop the whole way. I had an excellent experience.

I was trying to get flooring sent quickly from VARIOUS companies online and offline. After a long day of no luck, Lumberjack was the ONLY one with a live person who had a sense of urgency. I got my flooring 3 days later. Best experience! I wish every company was efficient like theirs!
