Chaz, at Tri-West, sent me a text message with his approximate ETA. He was on time, courteous, and professional. He off loaded the 42 cartons and 1 trip piece quickly and stacked the cartons efficiently to make more floor space for me. He provided excellent service as well.

Communication was awesome and process was super easy!! Price was great! I needed to delay delivery a bit before my project was ready and they accommodated me perfectly. When I requested the delivery, it was shipped promptly and was right on time. Delivery guy was great and put it right in the garage for me. Excellent experience all the way around. Would definitely buy from these guys again!!

Wow, they were soooo… patient w me sending more & more samples. I have a 27 year old home w golden oak cabinets, wood windows & trim. Hard to find but I did finally found L. V. in 20m. Provenza Paradigm Uptown Chic Just Lucky. They gave me a fantastic price & shipped fairly & in 2 weeks. That was a fluke but unbelievable. Later I needed some transition matching pieces & they got that shipped within a week. I have kept all the samples for the next house we are starting. I won’t use anyone but LJD!

we ordered 16 boxes and got 11 correct ones and 5 incorrect ones. Didn't realize it until we went to install. Now we need to wait for installation until we get 5 new boxes and 'deal' with the return....

Great customer service! The staff was amicable and helpful. I even asked for a discount...unfortunately never heard back on any discount available. I was prepared to pay whatever to get the floor since the flooring was discontinued. I did not get a deal, but I don't think I was taken advantage of either.
