Customer service was prompt with response and helpful. There was a mixup with delivery and it took longer than expected. One box of flooring was damaged but able to make it work.

Please spare yourself the headache and do not order from this company. This company does not take responsibility for any issues with the order and would waste your time to hear from the manufacturer rather than to take care of you first and deal with the manufacturing issues on their end. All the flooring i ordered came unfinished and after wasting 3 weeks of my time (in the middle of the construction) they said they finally heard from the manufacturer that they can pickup the wrong flooring and send me a new sample of a new batch. The sample came and it was again without the proper finish. Its been 4 weeks. i dont have any flooring and im still waiting to get my money back. They again are saying they have to hear from the manufacturer before issuing a refund! Buy from your local store not here. The little money you will save buying online would hunt you at the end.

There was an issue with shipping but Lumberjack quickly stepped in with a replacement shipment.

Was a little reluctant to make such a big purchase online. Initially placed an order for 930 sq ft of solid hardwood. Within hours regretted the selection we made and wanted to cancel the order. Contacted them and asked to cancel my order. They agreed to do so. 2 days later the material was shipped to me. Contacted them again to see what was going on and was told it was an error in shipping. They had the product shipped back and fully refunded my money without any hesitation. I was so impressed by their service I wanted to make sure we used them still when we decided on what we really wanted. We did find that product the Mullican Wexford in Cascade. We again placed the order and received our product 2 days later. Every local flooring company said that product would take 6 weeks to get. I received it from Lumberjack Direct in 2 days and paid $3.50 per sq ft less than any local suppliers price. Plus my product came shipped to me directly from the manufacturer Mullican. It wasn’t dated material sitting in some distributors warehouse. Finding Lumberjack Direct was a blessing to us. We have never been so satisfied with a flooring purchase in our lives. Great company with high integrity who simply wants to do a good job for their customers. Highly recommend.
