I ordered one in December, it took approx 6-8 weeks to get it. The company is in Europe. I love it. It just took time. I was a bit freaked thinking I lost money but they did respond to a text. Be patient you will get it. I live in Florida.

I wish I had read these before placing an order. $118.71 charged to my credit card on January 10th... Ordered January 9th and still have not received the products... Today is February 3rd Reaching out to my credit card company to help take care of this.

This people are scam never got my product ask for a refund never responded back.Don't buy this from this company.

I should know better the order or anything off Instagram. I placed my order on December 17 an emailed them a couple weeks later regarding the delay. They said they’re backlogged from all the orders. I just now checked my email and the order has shipped. However it is shipping from China. That is the problem. Their site does not tell you they’re shipping from China. I will never order from this company again and I suggest you don’t either..

WARNING SCAM PRODUCT AND COMPANY………having received a fake product and asked for refund they take 5 days to respond and only when escalated through PayPal - then the situ gets even more of a scam as they want you to ‘return’ the product to Canada (from UK) - and they won’t cover postage!!! Even-though the cheap plastic gimmick was sent from a warehouse in China. Obv another tactic to discourage consumers from getting refunds…….I am reporting this further. DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS

If I could give negative stats, I would. Received my item about 6 weeks after ordering with no response from company when I inquired about when I would receive it. Received a defective item, so after 3 weeks of back and forth and begging for a response I have to pay to return their defective item. Would NOT RECOMMEND dealing with this subpar company and almost non existent customer service. I’m losing money on an item that doesn’t even work. Stay away! BUYER BEWARE

I ordered $100+ worth of items on December 22 and it is now January 15th. It still says processing has yet to ship and the only way to contact the company is via email to which they have responded that there is nothing they can do because it is "processing" although it has literally been "processing" for THREE WEEKS. Extremely frustrating and an incredible waste of time and money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Terrible customer service ordered 3 wands on Dec 16th 4 weeks and still no shipped and will not cancel my order. Website claims 5-8 days for shipping. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

Placed the order on Dec. 20, 2024, It is now Jan 10, 2025 and the order has not been shipped. I have reached out twice to the company twice but they will not give me an ETA on delivery. I have asked for a refund but that part was not acknowledged. You can only reach the company via email which is a nightmare because they respond days later.

Awful service. Waited over a month for item to arrive “from europe” - nonsense this is cheap cr*p from China. Customer service is delusional !!!! If they cannot provide tracking information or cancel a delivery it’s very clearly because they have zero control of the supply chain…. IN CHINA!!!!!!!

Ordered at the beginning of December and it is January the 7th, almost a month and I have not been sent my product. Reached out 4 times and finally had to escalate the issue with PayPal. They would not respond to me but responded to PayPal by printing a shipping lable but not sending it! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! SUCH A SCAM. I have never been so disappointed with a transaction in all my life and their customer service is NON EXISTENT!

Placed an order for Black Friday and when my package arrived, I was missing an item (red light therapy mask) I reached out for assistance & was asked to send a photo of my order. Not sure why. I sent the photo and was told they would “investigate” it. Again, unsure what that means. Never heard back. I reached out again and was given a tracking # for the mask that they said was sent. Allegedly! & was told I could track it with the correct couriers website however they never told me who the courier was so I couldn’t track it. I reached out again asking for the courier and got no response. HORRIBLE customer service. Dont order from them. They’re scammers!

SCAM SCAM SCAM! I didn’t receive my order luminique roller I paid for almost 500kr. Plus they deducted my account 4times !? So my bank send me a noticed that I was scammed by that website 😡 so the bank blocked my account.

Never received the item, and my card was charged. They do not respond to emails requested an order update.

I bought a the Lumini Lift 2.0 TWICE! It stopped working both times after a few weeks. Both just stopped vibrating. I don't think a few weeks is good enough for such a product.
