Huge scam! Do not buy this device on the website!

If I could give a 0 star !!!
I purchase by mistake an order twice and ask by email to cancel the order in within 10 minutes.
24 hours or less after, I receive a response from customer service that my request was denied because I contact them after the 12 hours policy for cancellation.

I noticed they alter the timestamps on all my emails I sent them.
What a SCAM!! I will notify my credit card company.

If I could leave zero stars I would.

I purchased the Luminique 2.0 and after just over a month of use almost everyday, the device suddenly stopped lighting up. I contacted the customer service which explained to me I exceeded the 30 days return/refund policy and told me I should have purchased the ‘lifetime’ warranty. I was only few days over the 30 days and my device was already not working. The company are only selling ‘white label’ goods from China, flimsy and hardly robust.

I’d avoid this company like the plague. Seem to be heavily promoted on socials but when you look at any of their posts there’s little engagement and a lot of bot followers. I’m normally wise to this kind of marketing but I got suckered.

Worked for three months then stopped vibrating. Customer service states there isn’t any warranty. Purchase from another brand!

So the customer service is as poor as the quality of the product, which probably explain the continuous discount on this product on their website. I would highly recommend another brand and device despite the attraction of the price discounted.
