I had a Rolex watch requiring adjustment and the bracelet cleaned.
The watch was returned with bracelet as new and the watch now super accurate !

Picked up a GMT today from the Rolex Boutique. Morgen was excellent. Super product knowledge and very good communications. Let me try a few other pieces and talked very knowledgeably about them. A great ambassador for Lunns and Rolex.

The staff are fantastic so helpful I like the friendly and helpful they are they go that extra mile.

Travelled up from Dublin to the Omega boutique to purchase a piece I’d long had my eye on that was actually on sale. Spoke to Cain the day before on the phone and he greeted myself and my family warmly upon arriving at the store. From the moment we entered the boutique until the time we left we were made to feel special. Cain was a consummate professional, extremely knowledgeable and even showed us a variety of other Omega products while they removed the links from mine. We spoke at length about various watches, we even enjoyed some complimentary champagne to celebrate! I want to give a huge shout out to Cain, and the entire omega team. This was truly the most enjoyable purchasing experience I’ve ever had, and I will absolutely be back in the future.

I bought a ring for my wife at a very busy time of year, just before Christmas, and yet the staff at Lunn’s were exceptionally helpful, friendly and professional at all times - before, during and after the purchase.

As a first time buyer from Lunns I was very impressed. My online shopping experience was amazing. The staff were friendly and advised me every step of the way until my order was delivered. The order arrived so fast by the courier and this was between Christmas and New Year holidays. I could easily be tempted to look online in the future.

After a week of searching for a new watch i had finally found what i was after, Tissot seastar 1000, what was even better it was on sale and in lunn's belfast only 10mile from me. Didn't hesitate and reserved it through there website, minutes later i got a confirmation email saying the item has been booked against your name and will be held for you for 3 days. A member of the team will contact you shortly to arrange an appointment. All seems good as id expected from a shop like lunn's until after 24 hrs still nothing back about an appointment? After several calls i finally got through to the store about calling up to collect the Tissot only to get told sorry we have sold that to someone else, after i expressed my disappointment i was told let us see what we can do and we will call you back. Fair enough i did get a call back and they said we a able to get another one 7 to 10 days, sounded to good to be true and it was, next was we can get it for you but itll be an extra £230 because its not on sale this time.
If that didn't help they said sure why not call into the shop and you might see something else.
The following day the store manager contacted me and offered to honour the sale price for a new watch.
All i can say is thanks to lunn's for their understanding and this has completely returned my faith dealing with a local store
