First class service from amazing staff
I ordered a beautiful Omega watch from Lunn’s for my husband’s birthday. I cannot fault the ordering process, the staff’s knowledge and the top class customer service that I received from Conor and Travis. We drove to Belfast from Dublin to collect the watch over a very busy Christmas period and we received such kind care and attention. I highly recommend Lunn’s and the Omega boutique for treating their customers impeccably.

First class service from Travis again at Lunn’s Omega, Belfast. We visited in 2024 and received a warm welcome, excellent customer service and outstanding knowledge of the watch we were looking to buy.
We returned twice this year to purchase further items from Travis and were treated with the same friendly openness and professionalism experienced first time round. Nothing was too much trouble.
