Terrible disgusting scammers.
Coat took a month to arrive, nothing like the picture, flimsy, poor quality and not waterproof.
Avoid at all cost, they are just stealing money from us.

Not even one star - absolute con artists avoid at all costs. I ordered the luxury beige wool coat, looked amazing online (via Instagram) arrived weeks later and it’s a small, cheap pink coloured monstrosity. It’s made out of what feels like felt I wouldn’t even donate it to charity it’s that bad. Apparently Margareth Hathersage was retiring to spend time with the grandkids so I couldn’t get a refund as they were closing 😂 then it changed after more emails to going into liquidation. They even asked me to consider keeping the items to help them out or give it away!! Complete scammers I’ve filed a claim through my bank.

This company is fraudulent . They are based in China , not London with transactions via Utrecht. I have raised a dispute with my bank after an email exchange with flowery AI generated emails from 'support' easily identified by the same email after I cited the company as fraudulent. They will not process returns , refunds or exchanges as the company bankrupt but still are operating a website. I received this appalling plastic jacket in lieu of a coat and was asked to keep it or give to a 'dear friend' well straight to the bank to raise a dispute. Ensure you keep photos , emails they are THIEVES.

Not a London Company, it's a SCAM, awful quality and delivery delivery took weeks, not as advertised, wished I'd seen these reviews before ordering.

I’ve had the same experience as all reviewers. Took over a month to arrive, BS tracking info. Came from china, clearly drop shipping. The labels in the items are random unrelated names. TERRIBLE quality, worse than Shein standard. I ordered a “cashmere” jumper oh lord it’s so naff i couldn’t even regift it as ‘margaret’ advised when i asked for a refund. Sorry Margareth… she spells the name differently on each communication. Absolute sh*tshow!! Of course they’re declaring bankruptcy, so they don't have to refund everybody, and with all the bad reviews they cant continue trading. My worry is, what will their new name be… ready to scam new unknowing customers who don't have bad reviews to warn them.

Like many others I fell for the two sisters sob story and placed an order for several items believing it to be genuine. To late I checked them out on trustpilot and immediately tried to cancel. I had a sickly response from a lady allegedly called Margaret stating it was not possible to cancel as the order was being prepared!!
After many emails which just made me angry as the law states you can cancel an order within 14 days and I had a woman telling me that it was not possible. I couldn't let them get away with stealing my money. Firstly I contacted my bank I paid via debit card I did find out the money was paid into a UK bank account so therefore subject to British trading laws and taxes. I then contacted action fraud I was given a crime number and gave them as much information as I could. I then contacted Shopify to report them as a scam business. I am also in the process of contacting HMRC as they trade in the UK but drop ship from China they are not registered at companies house and I'm sure they won't be paying tax or vat so I think the revenue needs to made aware. However I did get reimbursement from my bank in the form of a charge back from the scammers account. So please if you have fallen victim to the two sisters be persistent report to everyone and get your money returned

Yes same, it’s a total scam. Disgusting to use such a story to rip people off. Claim the money back my fellow shoppers. Silly me to forget to check Trustpilot before buying!

Terrible! If only I'd looked at this review before buying!! Absolute waste of money., meant to be leather, no way , it's 💯plastic! & took forever to arrive from. Rubbish!

Do not order from this company it is a scam I unfortunately fell for 🙉 awful quality nothing like advertised and no returns as all others have stated lesson learned 🙄

Clothes come fro .China, which is not what the website leads you to believe. Took a month to come and all the clothes look very different. When asked to process a refund (THE ONLY REASON I BOUGHT CLOTHES FROM THERE AS I ASSUMED I COULD RETURN THEM) the owner then says no. Avoid!

DO NOT buy - a scam. Took 4 weeks to come from China although advertised as London based company - and the item is just laughable. Wish I could upload a photo to show how god awful the item is / feels like in comparison to the online photo. Not even recognisable as the same item. Please please do not waste your money. Will fight the credit card company for money back

TOTAL SCAM. Supposed to be London based but products came from China. Waited 6 weeks for the garments to arrive and they were nothing like it was advertised, supposed to be 100% cashmere maxi length coat in beige but what arrived was a knee length polyester light pink coat of the poorest quality I have ever seen. Absolutely awful. And no chance of getting my money back either. These people are despicable.

I have had the same issues with everyone else but as I paid for this rubbish with Klarna I have contacted them and they are investigating. I’m hoping for a positive outcome but let’s wait and see!

Ordered 10th Nov still not arrived Absolute rubbish company, incorrect tracking information, absolute BS of replies on email and now shes closong the shop for good. Won't refund me either. I could say more but I'd swear alot!!!!!!!!

Absolute rubbish, please don’t buy from this company. Weeks to arrive, advertised as two ladies running London Company, in fact came from China !
Nothing like what was advertised, terrible quality, threw it in the bin. Please don’t waste your money.

0 stars if possible. Items came nowhere near as described on site - refusing refund. Stay away! Site should be shut down!

Bought a 'lovely' outfit £69:80 Took weeks to arrive. Nothing whatsoever like their advertisements. When I asked for return address they asked me to keep it as they were going out if business and offered a 5% refund when I refused they said it would be £9:95 per item administration fee !!
I will check Trustpiolet on any future Internet purchases. Total Scam. Not a London based business.

Only clicked one star to enable me to to write a review ….. absolutely terrible ordered an Italian leather coat waited 5 weeks to arrive doesn’t look nothing like the coat I ordered…. Can’t even describe the poor quality just amazes me how these companies get away with ripping people off !!!! Completely different from picture ,,, no returns information after numerous emails for returns information ,,, absolute rip off !!!!!

Scam company - avoid . As with others fell for the sob story on Facebook ( grandmothers, closing shop to spend time with grandchildren after 20 years). Cashmere jumpers for sale - thought I'd like to treat myself and support them. FInally got the items delivered - nothing like the ones ordered. Asked for refund - told no ( My name is Margareth Hathersage and I have been running this shop for more than 20 years with a lot of love and passion.
It is therefore with pain in my heart that I have to tell you that I will soon close the shop.
It has been a difficult decision, but after so many years I would like to spend more time with my grandchildren.
I understand your thoughts on returns, but in this final phase of my business, every sale is incredibly important to me.

Anything left in stock will be lovingly sold out so that I can wrap up this closing in a nice way. It would help me tremendously if you consider keeping the product, perhaps for yourself or to give as a gift to someone dear to you.

Thank you and we apologize for this situation.) Said I still wanted a refund - latest response is that they are facing bankruptcy and can give me 10% but it will be some time before I get it ... Fuming - should have checked reviews before buying. Caveat Emptor indeed :(
