I have been scammed by this company. I paid for a coat which hasn't arrived after weeks. I keep asking for my money back and they say it's too late as the order is in transit.

Same as everyone else. Ordered £216.38 worth of clothes and still not received anything despite trying to cancel the order within 5 minutes of placing the order. "Margaret" assures me it is on it's way but, nothing has progressed since the date of ordering. I have warned them repeatedly that i will report them but, who to????

TOTAL SCAM!
Please do not place an order with this company, they come from China and they never ship them. I requested a cancellation as soon as I got the tracking from China, they refused saying once an order was at the processing stage they couldn't stop it. 3 weeks later it is still waiting to be picked up by a courier and they are still refusing to refund.

Just like everyone on here, I too have been scammed. Waiting for a jacket for 3 weeks now. Thought it a bit strange the length of time taking for delivery as I assumed it was a boutique in London run by 2 sisters. I should’ve known as after purchasing from the 2 ‘heartbroken’ sisters on closing their boutique, my facebook feed was awash with umpteen adverts about ‘heartbroken’ people closing their shops too!!. I paid with PayPal so I’m not sure if I’ll get anything back. £80 down the drain just like that. There’s a place in hell waiting for these rats.

SCAM!!! Do not order anything form this site they are scammers they will tell you your order has been fulfilled and send a tracking reference that doesn't work and when you contact them they just say that they have an issue with the shipping company ,they are responding to emails which makes them look genuine but obviously they are not !! watch out for a response from Customer Service Agent Margaret , if I could upload all of the emails I would

All goods are rubbish from China. I keep reporting them to Facebook, but still they are allowed to advertise. They are not a London based company and neither is Rosely London. All comments on their Facebook ads are removed and only our ‘angry’ emojis are left, which we have to hope will serve as a warning to others!

Paid for a jacket a month ago and as it hadn’t arrived I stumbled on this platform. I got in touch with my building society immediately, having read these customers’ accounts, and have left it with them to investigate and try to get my money back. I should have known that it was too good to be true. Nasty people out there.

The company took my money, failed to send a confirmation email with order number. When contacted replied with an email stating that I could track my order. But, I wasn’t provided with an order number to be able to do so. Second email completely ignored.
This is definitely a scam!!! AVOID Luxelle-London

Just avoid at all costs!! A scam… People like this should be put down.. a disgrace to human society.

I have also ordered and clearly as all you others state will be getting something possibly from china ans not the uk ! My bank will refund me on my credit card after 30 days is up so if any of you have paid on a credit card you can get a refund from your bank

I'm horrified to discover that I too have been scammed by this site. You just can't trust buying over the internet, like you think you can. Only big companies from now on.
This is disgusting.

Think I’ve been scammed too! Anyone managed to get their money back? I’ve bought on a credit card. So cross with myself for falling for it!

Wondered where my goods were none coming its a SCAM

Shocking site, if you want to waste your hard earned cash so some horrible little scammer can get very fat then by all means buy away 🤬

I am only scoring 1 star as you can’t leave zero, like everyone else i was taken in with the sob storey of the shop closing, placed an order and then realised it was a con tried to cancel the order after 10mins of placing the order but the refused saying it was processed, i have checked my tracking and it hasn’t moved from processing, i have asked for a refund but no joy, i have just contacted my card provider and they have refunded me under the items didn’t arrive, so i have all my money back. Please try this with you card provider ,they could see the scam when they logged into the website, it is criminal what they are getting away with. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OFF THIS SITE.

Ditto everything previously said. So annoyed I’ve fallen for the sob story. Coat ordered last week and nothing received and no order update. Emailed today but not hopeful after reading all these bad reviews 😭
Update: cheapest crappest coat eventually arrived from China, not a little shop closing down 🤬
I’m trying to get a refund. I have been told that there are facing bankruptcy and sadly will not be able to give me my money back but thanked me for my understanding and supporting a small business. What? Do they really think we’re stupid? Scammers, do not order from this company.

This company is not London based , appears to be scam from China .
Once they take your money , they don't even respond , I've no hope of receiving anything sadly!!
