The website makes you think it is an American company which it is not. Poor quality clothing arrives from China which is not what’s pictured on the website. “Easy returns” are not easy. You have to pay to return the item to China, they take a $15 fee for the return and then presumably refund the rest. Do NOT order from this company.

If I could give a rating lower than 1 star, I would. The clothing that arrived looked nothing like the items pictured on the website and was cheap and did not fit. I thought I was dealing with a company based out of Savannah, GA in the USA. Turns out it was a Chinese company. When I tried to return the items they gave me a lot of pushback on returning the items and the costs to ship back to China were expensive. Stay away from them. They are frauds.

Wish I’d looked at reviews”s first. Took 3 weeks to arrive - long past my event date. Return options were 10 or 20 percent refund and keep the item but I didn’t want it. Fabric was slick not soft and flowy, as the picture looked. Option to return to China was offered however that was more costly than the item. Don’t order from

It took a month for my order to come from China. Every dress was misrepresented in the photos. They were way too large, poor fabric quality and nothing like the pictures on their website. I've been haggling with them ever since through email. They won't go higher than a 30% refund, which I've been waiting for, for 10 days now, when they told me it was processed. This company is a scam!

This CHINA based company is deceiving you to thinking it is a mother daughter company from the US. The American models are not wearing the dress they send. It is all a LIE. The merchandise is of garbage quality (without tags, without proportion, NOT what is advertised). When attempting to return there were weeks of back and forth nonsense refusing to accept return (claiming CHINA address) may not even get the return. Wasting time offering 10% discount at first, then 20 then 30 until 30 day warrantee is up... DO NOT GET FOOLED like I was...

First of all, the initial shipping took a really long time. I ordered on April 29 and it didn’t arrive until May 16.

Also, I ordered based on the pictures the models were wearing. There was no fabric type listed, but between the description and pictures, I thought they would be a cotton blend or maybe rayon. The garments that arrived were 100% polyester and I didn’t like the feel. Unfortunately, they also did not fit in a flattering way.

So, because you promised pressure free, worry free returns, I thought, no big deal—-I’ll return them. I was surprised that there was no information in the package or online about how to do a return other than emailing you. So, I emailed asking about the returns process. The first email reply was confusing because I was asked for a picture. I had carefully folded the dresses up immediately after trying them on so they would be as good as possible for return. Upon asking why you needed the pictures, I was given a polite explanation, but told to send pictures anyway and still not told how to return the items. After pulling the dresses out again to take the pictures, I mixed up the bags and don’t know if each is in its correct bag anymore. In that email I was also given some information about the return that was confusing. It had to do with not mailing the dresses back and ordering something else if I paid shipping, but it was really not clear. I emailed to clarify if what they seemed to communicate was accurate. The polite reply clarified that I could be offered a 10% refund and keep the dresses, OR order a replacement item. Given the challenges and disappointing results, I do not want to either keep the dresses or order a replacement. So, I emailed and asked *again* how to return for a full refund as promised on your website, and instead was given an offer for a 20% refund and not sending the dresses back. I can’t believe I am having to email once again to ask how to return (which I just did).

This is not a no-pressure return, as polite as the emails have been. It has become a hassle, as I had really hoped to resolve this by now and get my card credited to I can buy something else for the trip I leave on tomorrow.

This is a real SCAM. Do not purchase from them. They sent you horrible stuff, nothing to do with what you see on the internet. Also, their story is fake! It is not a Mom and daughter site!
Things come late from China. Material atrocious and size wrong.
I purchased a nice dress and this is not what I got.
ALSO, YOU CANNOT REALLY RETURN THE ITEMS.
IF YOU DO SO, AFTER MANY EMAILS, THEY TELL YOU TO SEND IT BACK TO THEIR WAREHOUSE IN CHINA. COST OF A FEW HUNDRED DOLLARS, WHEN YOU PAID $60 FOR THE ITEM.
Then, they tell you to keep the item and they will give you a discount of 10%, then if you keep bugging them 20% and then 30% and you can keep the item.
I am still waiting to see if I will get my 30% back.

This is an incredibly deceitful company. The website is beautiful. You receive a dress that looks nothing like the picture and made of the cheapest fabric ever. They look like a 5th graders first home ec project.
I searched cotton and received a 100% polyester dress. Straight from China, not Georgia.

Terrible quality from a website that looked high end. Yet a total scam

Is there a way to give a -star? This company is a total scam. Sure wish I had read these reviews before I ordered and paid for $400+ order. Takes long time to receive the order, the fabrics and construction are terrible quality, and worst thing is the return process. They offer 30% refund and keep clothes I can’t wear. BS..I returned all items and now they are stalling on FedEx for receipt of them. I plan to contact my cc company to retract payment. Total China scam!

I was disappointed because I thought this was US- based. I had to wait a long time for it to come from China.-Not happy. The dress does not run true to size and it is made from very thin fabric.

The material of the dress was cheap made . Wasn’t what I thought it was going to be for the coat

It took about 2 1/2 weeks to receive the order, all came from china. When received what a disappointment in the quality of the goods ordered. Very substandard when compared to what I normally order online. To add insult the items did not fit me. What a disappointment overall, from the ordering to receipt and fit.

SCAM ALERT! This company is not what you think - their quality is crap and they just want to take your money and in order to return an item they will send you down a rabbit hole of emails back and forth to only offer a 10% refund. WORST BUSINESS PRACTICES EVER!!!

This company misrepresents itself as being in the US. It is not - the very cheaply made clothes come from China. The return policy is not accurate - they send you a round robin of emails (24 hours between each one), wanting a picture of the item to return. Then offering 10% (of my $165 purchase price) if I don't return them. I kept saying I wanted to return, knowing I had to pay shipping and they charged a $15 restocking fee, but that still would have been better than the 20% they eventually offered me for clothes that I am going to take to Goodwill. The whole communication took 3 weeks. Run far away. I do not understand how their rating can be 1.9 stars. Every single review says 1 star. It should be commulative 1 star

If I could give them a 0 I would. This is horrible. They misrepresented their location and their clothes. It is a Chinese based company-you will have to pay customs and shipping to get a full refund.

I agree with all the previous reviews. the company is a scam. I have had better experiences with overseas companies. It has been a week of emails back and forth to get return instructions...so far all to no avail. I am now going to put a stop payment on my credit card...hoping they have some luck. Quality is awful!!!!!!!!! Also a 24 hour response is inexcusable..no wonder, they are answering on their time (China). So bad. Wish the USA could monitor companies like this before we allow them to go online in the USA

Sophie and Grace has been a nightmare. The quality of the clothing is terrible and they make it impossible to return and get a refund. Stay clear.

I ordered two dresses from their site. I thought they were local in the US. In fact, they are in China which us why it took so long to get my dresses. When they finally arrived, what I received was nothing like what I actually ordered. And the dress gad buttons down the front and it buttoned from left to right like a man’s shirt. The fabric was not linen like the picture showed..it was a cheap silky type fabric.
When i tried to find a customer service number, there was none. When I sent an email to their customer service, it was returned with Email Invalid. I finally called AX and put the charge in dispute. They are nothing but s scam company.

Ordered 4 items - a shirt, 2 dresses & 1 pair shoes. Not one item looked like the pictures on their website. Very poor quality, nothing was true to size & when I tried to return they told me I would have to pay all shipping cost + customs fees to have returned which would be almost entire cost of purchase. After a week of emailing back & forth they have promised a 20% return & keep items. Plus it took at least 3 wks. to receive items. NEVER AGAIN!
