Unfortunately, one star is as low as it goes. One star isn’t against the item, it for their refusal to provide a refund. I am now over one calendar month since the date on the proof of postage and continually receive a stalling chat bot style response. If you reside in the UK your order is posted and, if returned, returned to Denmark. There is no means of adequately contacting them, just the same holding statement of how sorry they are if you have been waiting but never sorry enough or honest enough to refund you.
Next step for me is to contact the equivalent of Trading Standards in Denmark.
Save your money and don’t order from this company. They boost their profit margins by NOT PROVIDING REFUNDS.

Easy clear options. Transaction simple. Delivery very quick. Readers are great. They appear well made and a better option to cheap plastic versions.

It would be good to have some brighter colours but apart from that I'm happy.

Returned an item - no refund provided. I returned my item per their policy using their label and box. No refund provided after 5 weeks. Emailing their customer service is frustrating and pointless - Automated 'human' response gives no useful information and I have no way of speaking to an actual person to resolve this.

Avoid this company.

Great specs with decent lenses for readers - something they don’t advertise but makes the difference for me as I’m always cleaning my old readers and these are far more robust. Good value with 3 for £59 and you can return them if they don’t work out for you - will see how that plays out as I’ve just sent one pair back!! Good responsiveness from service team and free postage on returns which again is great. Overall very happy so far and will definitely revisit when the need arises.

Second order of three pairs men’s glasses, they fit great lenses cool designs easy to order no need to pay anymore

Disappointing , I have ordered before a number of times and been very happy. Not sure what has happened but despite a number of messages to them and promises of your glasses are on the way! Nothing. Eventually they conceded that the glasses were ‘lost’ but I am still waiting for a refund despite, again, numerous messages. Not sure what has happened with the company but this is poor service.

Items have an extremely long lead time to the UK. Ordered 4 days ago and tracking shows that Royal mail did not receive them yet. Website or order confirmation doesn't have any contact details beyond a dead end chat system that is not monitored. Not sure why these retailers are not transparent about long lead time to markets outside home country. Maybe opting for 2nd class post to cut costs, free shipping is a month in transit.

The glasses took a little while to get to me in the UK but I have to say, the wait was so worth it. As a software developer who spends their whole day looking at computer screens, I love having the blue light filters to save me from eye fatigue. On top of their practicality, thanks to being able to use the webcam try on feature, I was able to pick the pair that best suited me and I love how they look on me. I'm so happy I decided to buy them.

Great purchase, great product and stylish too

Placed order and paid for 3 for 2 on 10/08/2025. Received acknowledgement same day on 10/08/2025 and then that order had been shipped from Denmark to UK via PostNord/Royal Mail. According to Royal Mail tracking order arrived Heathrow on 14/10/2025. Since then no delivery and no change in Royal Mail tracking. So that’s 0/5 for Royal Mail. Regarding Luxreaders I can’t say anything about the product, I’ve never seen it! I’ve been in regular contact with Luxreaders for last 4 weeks or so asking for my money back. I have corresponded with someone or something called: Aleksander. Aleksander claims to be human but I believe it to be a machine which responds with the same message and in spite of claiming otherwise nothing happens. It talks about company policies which are not provided on any website or made known before an order is accepted and payment taken. For their post order acceptance behaviour and performance I give Luxreaders 0/5. If either or both the order and my payment ever arrives with me I will provide a rating for the product but that will not change any of the above.

Worst customer service experience ever. I'd strongly urge avoiding this company at all costs. Glasses ordered 10th August. 1st October still no glasses and no ability to trace the order. They've got my money, I haven't got my order and I don't believe I ever will. And they've done nothing at all to resolve this. The only way to communicate with this company is via the world's worst chatbot. Incomparably terrible.

Fast delivery and excellent quality – great value for money. The glasses really help reduce eye strain and improve my vision. The 3 for £59 deal is amazing. These are my first proper reading glasses and I’m very happy with my purchase!

very poor quality product, lens came out the same day i recieved the order . i tried to return but couldnt return it. they promise you guaranteed return but once you try to return it, they stop responding. you can only talk to AI chatbot, no real human.

Bought 3 pairs which arrived very quickly. Very happy with each one. They look smart and modern and very light to wear. Highly recommended.

Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Wouldn’t recommend or ever use this company again.

Was skeptical buying them as a back up pair given the price and have been genuinely impressed!

So much so that they have replaced my £300 glasses as my preferred choice to wear day to day!
