No communication at all to say order was delayed and it still hasn’t been sent out. Was supposed to be a birthday present. Definitely won’t be ordering again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Ordered 2 chains and a pendent, I'm so happy with the finished product, the chains and pendant are glistening. The transaction was so smooth! I'm gonna order a ring and a bracelet next, that's how happy I am with the service.

What a joke
I bought a bangle bracelet from them. I’m not gonna lie, it was the worst piece of ” jewelry ” that I have ever seen. Stay away from this website. All the designs are stolen, all the bracelets cost 1-3$ on alibaba.

Very disappointed a stone fell out of my ring after wearing once. I asked for a refund they said it would have to be an exchange or a voucher. I agreed to an exchange but wanted a different style of ring instead. They sent the same ring as before. Poor customer service.

There was an hiccup with my parcel through the delivery team, but Luxsy jewel have taking it up and are making things right. With their response I will definitely order again in the nearest future.

Sorry to hear that there was a delay in your next day delivery by an extra day. We did send it via a Tracked 24 service which usually arrives the next day. However, it isn’t a guaranteed service and on the odd occasion it can take an extra day. We have reached out to you regarding this and we can sort this issue out for you :)

Trying to return the 2 bangles in this order.
They are both unwearable as not secure, they do not stay closed and fall off immediately after putting them on.
Sent email as directed in return policy ans still no response 3 days later. Purchased other items that were great, so disappointed with the lack of response re my return. Please can someone contact me re this asap.
