I regret it
Difficult communication from the start. They need to update their customers accurately. I received 3 different delivery dates , then the 3rd was Sunday between 6am and 10am. I thought I was being scammed because the tracking they provided doesn't show any tracking information at all. Now the sofa is finally here I'm so disappointed. The seat cushions are hard as rock and not as thick as seen in the photos online. Therefore not as described. My regret is my husband fitted the sofa feet so I could sit on it to test it out. Worst purchase ever. I should have followed my gut instinct and use a well known company. As the saying goes buy cheap buy twice. I am still going to seek advise from consumer rights about returning it. It's been really stressful. Never again. The only good thing about this experience was the delivery men who were very helpful and pleasant.
