Our main service centre is the building of 16-18 Hatton Garden and houses 12 brand accredited watchmakers, a dedicated vintage department and an entire refurbishment & polishing department. We are proud to be one of the largest and most brand accredited service centres in the world (with service centres in both the UK and USA) and were recently the subject of short documentary made by CNN International which was broadcast across the globe and was also featured in The New York Times. You can drop your watch off at any of our 2 locations in London (Hatton Garden & Canary Wharf), Manchester (Harvey Nichols) or New York (Madison Avenue) and no appointment is required. You will be greeted by one of our technicians who will discuss your required repair and provide you with a detailed receipt once your watch is booked in. Alternatively, you may send your watch to us Free of Charge by ordering our, pre-paid, secure, tracked and insured (to £25,000) postage pack. We pride ourselves on our rapid turnaround time merged with the highest quality craftsmanship. It is rare that any job is 'too large or too small' and we are often able to carry out part repairs such as glass replacements, crown replacements, bracelet adjustments and refurbishment & polishing, without the need for a full service. Battery replacements & water resistance testing are carried out the same day, along with a water & pressure resistance test and receipt.

LUXURY WATCH REPAIRS
Having worked with Breitling, it has been established that LUXURY WATCH REPAIRS removed links and kept them.
They are my property.
I have written to them multiple times, requesting their return as my watch is now too tight, and they have ignored all of my correspondence.
I have written a previous review of this company on Trustpilot.
This has been ongoing since April this year.
Been using LWR for my last two battery…
Been using LWR for my last two battery changes and can’t fault their service or their team. First class 👌🏻
Superb
LWR sent a beautiful box to mail my watch to them and within 3 days had repaired and mailed back the watch. Very high quality service and so pleasant to deal with.
Following on from my very negative…
Following on from my very negative review on 1st Feb 2026 I did receive an update from LWR on 18th of Feb 2026 regarding my wife’s Rolex however despite confirming that all parts were now to hand, I have heard nothing since, some 18 weeks later. It is now over a year that they have had my wife’s watch, despite having been told when I gave the go ahead to carry out the work and paid over £1,000, that it would take approximately 14 weeks total.
In reading your reviews I note that some very negative reviewers appear to have had positive feedback from certain staff members and I would reach out and ask for some assistance in resolving this long outstanding issue, failing which I will contact trading standards.
Battery replacement
Sent my watch securely in the package sent to me and had a quote on arrival.
The quote was very reasonable and i requested the work to be done.
It was returned very quickly and was done very profesionaly.
I would recommend them to anyone.

AVOID - watch not serviced after paying over £1000 !!!
I sent my Rolex Datemaster to LWR in June 2025. Quote for servicing came back at just over £1000, which was paid in full. Then all communication stopped, I couldn't get replies or updates. Eventually after numerous attempts to contact them, I had a reply saying they had not yet started the servicing, but they were willing to do it for no additional charge! Bit of a joke seeing I already paid £1000+!! However they went quiet again and I lost all confidence that they were going to do anything at all, so asked that they send my watch back. They said they would not give a refund, but did return my watch approx one year after payment for the servicing was made. They are probably fine for a battery replacement, but I wouldn't be asking for servicing or repairs!
Poor service quality
The repair and service of my Rolex Oyster Perpetual took six months. I could only get the watch back by turning up at the shop and demanding it. Within a month it was gaining a minute a day and stopped if left overnight so that it only keeps going either on my wrist or on a watch winder. Looks as though the glass was replaced and the bracelet polished and no service was done
Please do not use this company!
Please do not use this company. I sent my Tag Heuer watch to them in January for a full service and battery change (£391). The watch was an unusually expensive present from family for my birthday and also has great sentimental value.
Everything seemed okay at first, communication was good, they sent me a quote and told me it could take ‘up to 8 weeks’. 7 weeks passed and I emailed for a progress report as I felt like I had been without my watch on my wrist for a significant period, had received no updates and was keen to find out what was happening and get it back. After a few days I received a reply to say things were on track, they were waiting for my watch to be allocated for repair and made reference to it being still well within the quoted 25 week timescale. When I challenged this I was informed that yes, I had indeed been advised of the shorter timescale and it still had another week, was unlikely to take 25, and they would keep me informed of progress. I heard nothing more after this, total radio silence! I became worried as then saw on Trustpilot that a lot of people have been experiencing similar issues to this.
I have been regularly emailing for news and have been completely ignored. Their customer service is simply non existent. Their customer care telephone number has a recorded voice stating they are available 10am-4pm but then it does not connect you or allow messages to be left.
It was only when I contacted The Citizens Advice Bureau a couple of weeks ago who advised me what to write in a strongly worded, formal letter that I sent recorded delivery, asking for my watch to be returned in 14 days and making it clear that I would pursue return of my watch by whatever legal means necessary that I got a very standardised email 12 days later telling me my watch was ready and was being shipped. No explanation, no apology, nothing. My watch came today on the 13th day after this letter was sent, after being out of my possession for 22 weeks, and I am just so relieved I did not have to go through the courts to get my watch back (which I know is something that other people have been considering at the time of writing their reviews).
This situation has caused me so much stress and I would urge anyone thinking of using this company to consider their options very carefully and to use a different one. The way this company treats its customers is absolutely shocking.
What a great experience
What a great experience - super fast and professional service that is rare these days!
I sent in my Tag watch for a service
I sent in my Tag watch for a service, they quoted £384 which I accepted and paid. About 3 weeks later they said the watch would have to be sent to Switzerland and it would cost several hundred pounds more, without giving an actual figure. I declined and asked for the watch to be returned and my money refunded. Watch was returned but no refund and they failed to respond to many emails, they don’t answer the phone or web chat. I believe they are a scam company, and I would advise not to trust them or use them at all

Cartier watch got sent in over 12 months ago! no reply to emails, nobody picks up the live chat and the phone lines are not picking up.
Shocking service! I demand my watch is returned asap or i will be contacting trading standards!
I would strongly caution anyone…
I would strongly caution anyone considering Luxury Watch Repairs London based on my experience.
My Rolex has now been with them for over seven months, and the lack of communication throughout has been incredibly frustrating. I have had to chase weekly via email just to attempt to get updates, as there is effectively no way to speak to anyone directly calls are not answered, and messages cannot be left.
Their live chat is entirely unhelpful, providing no meaningful updates or accountability. What is particularly disappointing is the complete lack of courtesy in acknowledging how poor their communication has been, coupled with a failure to provide, or stick to any realistic timeline for returning the watch.
For a service dealing with high-value items, this level of customer care is simply unacceptable.
I will update this review as soon as I receive a meaningful response or my watch is returned.
AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID
I received a quote of £560 from LWR for the service and repair of my vintage Ulysse Nardin watch in October 2024. Despite numerous requests and being informed that the repair works were on track to be completed within the 42 week timescale it wasn't until August 2025 when I received a meaningful update from the Director. He advised that the repairs were near completion and it would take another 2 to 4 weeks and he would call back with an update. The promised call back didn't happen and like many other disgruntled customers I tried to obtain further updates but with very little success as they rarely respond to emails and their telephone lines are not operational. Having discovered that the company went into Administration in the Autumn of '25 I had a telephone with the previous Director in Dec '25 who confirmed the change of ownership and that he was working for the new company. He agreed to update me on the progress of matters in early January '26 - it didn't happen and it wasn't until Feb '26 and only after intervention by the Administrators did I get another update advising that they "...no longer had a watchmaker to complete the work but were looking into 3rd party options". I chased and chased for an update until at the end of May '26 I sent a Letter Before Action requesting the return of my watch...they ignored that request. I reported the matter to Trading Standards and informed the Police and in a final attempt to get my watch back prior to instructing Solicitors I once again spoke with the Administrators last week. I updated them on the situation and my proposed action. My watch was returned the following day by DHL. After 19mths and having paid in excess of £560 it's not working and it would appear to have been untouched whilst in their possession. Avoid this company at all costs.
Very prompt service
Very prompt service. Quicker than any local company. Will use again in the future.
Shocking service
Shocking service, they kept my watch for 9 months and only returned it to me when I involved trading standards and the administrators. They told me that my watch was repaired and had been double checked for quality but it was in a worse state when it was returned then before I sent it. I cannot set the time as the winder just whirls round without engaging the hands, which was not happening before I sent it. They refuse to refund my service charge and I am now going to have to pay another firm to repair their work. I wish that I had never had any contact with this firm.
