Bought oak sleepers and oak timber planks a couple of times for garden projects. Always good prices. It's green oak so I know what to expect

I have used this company for the last 4 years.The logs are well stacked on a pallet for easy use and the logs burn really well.

I have used this business a number of times, but costs being as they are these days I decided to check local suppliers. I found for quantity and quality this supplier comes out top. Easy ordering, prompt delivery, well packaged wood. No wood is cheap these days ( unless you have your own supply and time to dry!) but this is well worth it.

We have ordered frequently from this company and apart from once the wood has been excellent. The only reason the I mention the once was due to the logs being very small and bitty. I have ordered from other companies but this one is the best. The only thing I would like is to be informed by the delivery company when the logs are going to be delivered.

I bought the oak wood in nets which are great. My only issue is delivery. Both times I have ordered now delivery has been an issue. You don’t know about your delivery until they are at your gate which isn’t at all convenient. Please let us know expected day of delivery.

Ordering was easy dealing with Luxury Wood was good but delivery is a nightmare. you have no idea when what day time or anything. I was sent an e-mail letting me know it was on its way. I had a dentist appointment ?? with no idea of a time and 500kg of wood arriving. what would happen if I was not in ??? I dread to think.
I may have to look elsewhere for my wood somewhere with a better idea of delivery date.

Far too many very small logs. Have purchased several times before and the quality has been excellent, but not this time.

Great customer service. Used this company for the 1st time as my usual supplier let us down. Great quality logs delivered on a sturdy pallet crate. Will definitely be ordering again.

Sent them a email about the wood being damp there reply was did I have a moisture monitor send back the readings and a photo do not have a moisture monitor if the wood had been fine I would not have emailed them so I am going to put it down to bad experience will not be ordering of them again

Wood is OK, after all wood is wood. But despite my frequently asking, there is no contact from Palletforce to arrange a suitable date for delivery. There used to be, but now it just turns up on a random day. I have asked for this to be rectified on a few occasions but Luxury Wood just pass it off as "it's not our problem, it's the responsibility of Palletforce". Sorry, not good enough, delivery is part of the overall service. Actively looking for another source of supply.

Logs delivered promptly following the order. The logs are also of excellent quality.

Well packed full crate of Ash logs delivered very promptly and the delivery driver was excellent and was fully updated as to delivery date and time.

Logs are similar lengths and as you would expect variable widths and are kiln dried.

Prices for Ash logs has generally increased but this crate was decent value.

We've found the quality of your bagged wood pellets for our biomass boiler to be higher than most of the other suppliers we've tried. It also helps that at present they are fairly competitively priced.

how can you have the nerve to ask me for experience when i have complained to you about my delivery which was disgusting only had two thirds of a bag and that was loads of small pieces of brushwood i would call it your goods have disgustingly dropped in quality i re-ordered again got a bit more in the bnext bag but quality not as good as it used to be thats the truth and i never got any replacement for shortage in my 1st bag this year that i complained about stating about price increase and smaller bags not good for your company is it ???????????????????
