Excellent Customer Service. Easy to order and very quick delivery/ When I had a problem with the order I was able to speak to someone on the phone and replacement goods were dispatched within a week. Really happy with the quality of the products, speed of delivery and all round customer experience.

From placing the order on Tuesday to…
From placing the order on Tuesday to receiving it on Friday we were kept informed every step of the way.
On Friday morning we were phoned by the delivery team with an expected arrival time of 10-30, at 10-30 they arrived, carried furniture into the back garden, excellent service.
We unpacked the boxes and are very pleased with the quality of the table and chairs.
Would I recommend Luxus to friends and family? most definitely yes.

Easy ordering
Easy ordering, clear website and range of furniture. Delivered to our garden as requested. We paid for assembly and taking away of packaging and all was done as requested. The delivery guys were friendly, helpful and polite. Top marks for them. The furniture is as represented on the website. Lovely low table, four chairs and two folding chairs - all with cushions. Very happy.

Exceeded expectation
Couldn’t be more delighted with my teak garden table and chairs. Very sturdy extremely good looking, and comfortable Delivery was certainly quicker than the website ordering suggested. Very well and securely packaged. Only slight complaint would be that the cushions could be thicker and more comfortable.

The table and chairs are all really good quality. Customer service was very efficient, helpful and fast to reply. NB the wood goes a very rich red/orange with teak oil

Excellent communication. Website said end of May delivery, ordered early evening on 1st April, received a phone call and message next morning asking if they could deliver between 4-7pm on 3rd April. Delivery company got in touch throughout the day with updates and delivered at 4pm and put the furniture together . Would definitely recommend Luxus, good value furniture, delivery company brilliant. Communication outstanding.

Initial impressions are that the products (table and chairs) are good quality - note that this review is 2 weeks after delivery. One chair was damaged on delivery, but there were no issues with quickly getting a replacement.

A very beautiful table
A very beautiful table, very sturdy too. Good value for the quality.
Excellent customer service and swift and polite delivery. The drivers put the table together for us and took
all rubbish away.
The only extra I would have liked is advice on ongoing maintenance, but I’m sure if I ask the team at Luxus they will provide this information.
