While researching for quilting supplies two years ago, I came across Madam Sew and it has become my go to shop for all of my quilting needs. In fact, most of the products that I have purchased are clever tools/aids that I didn’t know I needed until I saw it on their website! When I have contacted their customer service, their response is quick and professional. Their prices are reasonable and the quality has always been excellent. I highly recommend Madam Sew for your sewing needs!

Have been ordering from Madam Sew for a couple of years now. They may take a bit of time to send my order, however, it arrives in good shape! Last Christmas, I ordered 6 Silencing mats for my quilt group along with afew more items. The box was torn to shreds, there was one bad looking mat inside. Madam Sew sent me all new items, packaged in a smaller box, which arrived just fine...after Christmas!!!

I have purchased several items from this company. I find their products to be as good as any others that I have. I do not order as much as I used to as I have purchased nearly every product they sell. I do watch the sales and consider bargains when they are presented.

Easy to order, a nice assortment of notions, my order arrived on time and in great condition.

Ordered fabric marking pens. 2 of 5 pens don’t work. See other reviews Don’t order from this company. Waste of money

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Obviously this is a scam company that doesn't actually send out orders.

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO UNSUBSCRIBE FROM THE MADAMSEW SITE FOR MONTHS NOW BUT TO NO AVAIL I CAN NOT FIND ANY PLACE TO DO IT. MY ONLY RESORT LEFT IS TO NOTIFY FACEBOOK AND SEE WHAT THEY CAN DO. IT IS RIDICULOUS THAT I RECEIVE 5 TO 6 EMAILS A DAY. I JUST WANT TO GET THEM OFF OF MY SITE CAN ANYONE HELP ME?

Order never arrived. Kept getting emails “it’s coming”, “USPS has it”, etc. despite MadamSew claiming the order is insured & they’ll take over once you report an issue, they did nothing. Wish I’d looked at Trustpilot first to see their 2.5-star rating. DON’T BUY FROM THIS VENDOR. Terrible business ethic.

Madam Sew lists items that it does not have in stock, takes your order, but can't fulfill the order. I placed an order on 12/31/23 and had to email them several times for the shipping information. After emailing and chatting on 1/10/24, I learned that they did not have all of the items I ordered. They were going to wait until the other items became available to ship. Ridiculous! In the meantime, I'm being bombarded with emails to buy from them! They should fulfill the order I placed before sending additional solicitations. I canceled the order and now have to wait 1-5 business days for my refund! They are not professional or ready for customers.
