I placed an order and it was cancelled with no explanation.
Heard nothing about getting a refund?!

I’ve ordered from Made by Mitchell twice. I absolutely love all of the items I’ve ordered and Mitchell was very efficient packing and shipping my orders. Both orders were received just a couple of days after purchasing. The blurshes are lovely quality, very pigmented and blend really easily. I would definitely order again.

I purchased a mystery bundle after seeing such lovely products received by people on social media. Wow! The blusher is the whackiest purple I have ever seen and the other one is bright red!! Who would wear these colours? The only other make up product I received was a gold glitter lip gloss! Who the hell would buy these colours! They would look out of place in hell! No customer service can’t speak to anyone at all. Terrible value for money and my first and last ever purchase from this shocking brand!

Slow postage. Packaging is nice but I just can’t say the products are as good as they are hyped up to be but some are ok. There are better products for more realistic prices.

Shipping to the US is $31.. that’s seriously an insult to your potential customers. I pay for EXPRESS SHIPPING from the UK max $20.. but nope with this company it’s $31 for standard shipping. Avoid this company. Plouise has some great liquid blush colors and 2 day shipping to the US is $19.

The wheeled organiser case is a complete joke! The wheels get stuck constantly meaning the case is literally impossible to move especially if you have bought the extra organiser case to go on top! Not practical at all for an MUA on the move, my arms and back are in bits after just one week of using this case it’s awful and I laid £120 for the both of them

Only bought two blushes which came up to about 50 bucks with tax then the shipping was an extra 40 dollars... THEN to top it off I got hit with import fees which was another 25 dollars.. Pretty blushes but i spent over 100 dollars... Not worth it.

Ordered a birthday gift on the 14th January and the email I received states UK orders take 5-7 days to process.

I started a live chat (which took an age for me to receive a response) said the order should ship on Wednesday 25th January and still nothing.

Just checked the website and it is now saying the shipping date is 10th February which is close to a month after I placed the order (website never noted it was out of stock).

Poor customer service. Would never use again!

Ordered a set which never came/stolen in transit just before christmas. Have contacted the brand via every possible channel several times for advice with absolute radio silence. So dissapointing from a big brand and such a shame given they're supposed to be artist-led. Scam - do not buy

i normally love this brand but I ordered a brush set in november which never turned up! then to be told by the customer service team at the end of december that it would be shipped then! now the last week of January and I haven’t heard a thing from them since despite multiple messages.

Order never arrived emailed twice and reached out on social media took my money and never recieved!

I ordered two bundles from their official website during a sale before reading any reviews of the company and I regret it so much. DO NOT ORDER! I should have received 12 blursh but they only sent 3. So many of my instagram friends were missing entire bundles of the same colors so clearly there was a stock issue and instead of canceling and refunding, they just hoped no one would notice?? I contacted them through multiple ways - email, their website form, and social media but never got a single response. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS.

Normally I wouldn't rate an indie company based on delivery times but I've been waiting for a month without updates even though they were promised and no matter how much, and where I try to contact customer service I received no reply, not even an automated one. I can wait but I cannot ignore the astounding lack of customer service, there is a contact email but I'm pretty sure no one has logged on in the last month because they should have seen at least one of my emails. I can't recommend buying from this brand, I hope they do better but I refuse to go through this again, sure would like my parcel to arrive but I have no way of knowing if it ever will.
Edit: I purchased their products from beautybay and they're very high quality, honestly I will keep buying their stuff because it doesn't disappoint but I won't order from the official site again so I can't say if things got better in that aspect

Absolutely awful customer service, ordered before Christmas, never recieved anything. After 3 weeks of contacting the team I recieved a response to say that 'evri was delayed picking up my parcel' so to wait a few days. The following day I was informed my order was cancelled due to incorrect address, which was definitely not the case. I queried this and still have recieved no response. It's a complete scam. Seems like they accept orders they have no intention of fulfilling

They mysteriously cancelled and refunded my first order, which is no problem, BUT customer service never answered any of my emails as to why. My second order, that i had purchased the same day, has been on the way since November and I haven’t received any updates.

Unfortunately I only received one of the two items that I ordered and the other one was damaged. It took me two days to resolve the issue, as I did not get a response to the email I sent via the website, so I had to go via the chat. Despite receiving a refund for the missing item and delivery cost, I was not left happy with the customer service. This is a real shame as I love MBM products, but given my experience, sadly I don't think I will order them again.

I would be able to lave feedback if I had received the cases. The Evri tracking number states that they are awaiting the parcel since 6/1/23. I have written to the customer service 3 times now and had no response
Awful service and really disappointing as I bought these for my daughters birthday this weekend. The order was placed on 30th December

missed 2 things from my order- wanted them sent out they just gave a refund- i bought them all when on sale and now have to pay double and more delivery- shocking service

Order not received and no response to email requests for assistance

My Daughter who is a MUA is thrilled to bits with the colours and quality loves the brushes eager to use the products for her clients
