Bought from TikTok shop on a 3 for 2 offer… on receiving it from Relay, the package had been slit open and an item stolen, raised a refund request with TikTok who said it had been refused as it was ‘successfully delivered’ well I beg to differ… it’s been delivered, but not successfully with an incomplete order. I’ve raised a dispute with them and am awaiting their response. The Consumer Protection Act 2015 states the responsibility lies with the seller until customer receives ordered goods so come on Madeby Mitchell….. why the difficulty in actually contacting you directly?? Quick enough to take our money but not so forethcoming when there’s a problem, advice….. avoid placing an order!!

Scam company who only takes your money and doesnt delivery products. Tried all their platforms to contact them with no reply - made multiple attempts to find where my order was - nothing. Just dont risk an order.

Bought made by Mitchell products off their tik tok shop in their auction. I was supposed to have received six full sized items and only received five. It took days for them to answer my communication and didn’t offer me a choice of having the sixth item. They just divided the amount I paid by six and I ended up with £3. I wanted the sixth item as this was part of a birthday gift and I don’t feel that I had the “bargain” I originally anticipated.

The Customer services team have been really dismissive and patronising. I certainly will not be anymore purchases from this unreliable and unreasonable company. Really feel disappointed and let down.

So I’m a first time customer brought 3 items thought best to order from his website that’s in Liverpool so I got my order to find 2 out of 3 is missing so contact to get a bot chat so hear nothing for days I’ve got on to my bank to deal with this to get a refund I’m absolutely shocked as a first time customer thinking twice to ever order again

I’ve bought one of the liquid eyeliners before at Boots, but haven’t seen it in-store again so ordered from their online shop.

The product are great, so I ordered a few other things at the same time (eyeshadow palette, mascara, eyeliner).

The mascara arrived in the incorrect shade, raised with customer service same day and included photos. It took 4 x days to get a response, and they asked for the same photos. Then no response for 3 x days.

Shocking level of customer service considering this is their error not mine. Happy to update this if I ever manage to resolve.

Would not order from them online again. Shame because they are good products.

This is my first purchase from Made By Mitchel, and I got a Complexion Makeup Kit in shade Light 1. The shades are indeed very light, which works well for my skin tone.
I’m really not a fan of the formula, it feels far too sticky and doesn’t blend well at all. I personally wouldn’t recommend and probably won’t be buying from the company again as it’s put me off a fair amount.

I've now been ordering from made by Mitchell for over a year. I've always gotten the items I wanted and fast shipping. The price is always reasonable.

Very similar experience to most other reviews unfortunately, missing items and poor customer experience journey to try and get it resolved. I had an items missing & they have zero ways of actually reliably contacting them on their site in the UK (just an unmonitored chat bot) and they boldly state they do not monitor emails. Pretty sure I'm just not getting that resolved at this point as all I've had is some AI level responses - wild considering they're streaming 24/7. Go somewhere with decent customer service instead.

The wrong shades were sent, the customer service is the worst i have ever been confronted to. It’s been a month since I am waiting for an answer about my refund they previously told me I’d have. I absolutely recommend you keep your money for a brand that has a professional customer service.

As a first time buyer, never again will stick to P.Louise from now on, at least there customer service actually respond and dont then ignore customers. (Got receipts of your shocking customer service)
They also lie about refunds. Said they'd sorted my refund, 24 hours later no refund processed still (again I have receipts)

Ordered on March 12th through TikTok shop and it’s now March 19th and Royal Mail still haven’t received my parcel/ collected it.
I have contacted TikTok shop several times and they keep closing my dispute and unwilling to refund despite saying it would arrive by March 14th. The event I needed it for has been and gone.

Awful customer service!

Took weeks for them to reply to my outgoing emails. No number, no contact on their social media and you will have to send multiple emails to hopefully get a reply!
I have a faulty lock on my daughter's trunk which we use for her dance competitions. Her costumes are inside which I can not gain access to! The item locked at her last dance competition and I couldn't gain access to her costumes. She was extremely upset.
When I ordered this case I paid full price (not silly tiktok shop prices) plus I ordered the makeup case and jelly bag. So just over £300.

Because I ordered a few months ago they will not do ANYTHING to help. They haven't even given me advice on how I can reset the lock.
Or even an apology!!!

Ordered a bday present for my niece a week ago ! Not even dispatched , customer service not answering emails will be getting refunded from my bank never again

I ordered some products for my daughter for christmas (a week before black Friday) while on their TT Live and didn't think anything of it HOWEVER after 4 days I still had no tracking and shipping said delayed as the courier hadn't even received my parcel from MBM yet, I asked on the live if there was a shipping issue and all I got was "it's black Friday and we are only a small team" which I can normally understand but it's the only TT shop I had an issue with and let's face it black Friday happens at the same time every year so you would think they would be savvy enough to hire more team members. I ended up cancelling my order as they only had 2 days to ship before it was cancelled automatically. I instantly unfollowed them and will never be ordering again!

UK website: My order got stuck at customs because MBM filled out the customs declaration incorrectly and the customer service isn’t helping. The package will be returned to MBM by customs. I hope that I will at least get my money back through PayPal buyer protection
EU website: ordered same items from EU website. Parcel (“thin plastic bag”) arrived completely damaged and 3 out of 4 items were missing. Customer Support is not helping, neither got the items or a refund. Worst customer service ever!!!

i ordered an advent calendar and it said it was cancelled even though i never cancelled it and it said i have a refund when i dont

Very rude hosts. placed an order on a live for a jelly bag bundle was told that it would be packed on the live which it was not despite the host stating that she would be packing the rest of her orders before she came off the live. When I asked another host about it when they next came on live she was very rude and stated that she was only focusing on packing orders that had been placed with her there and then and that she “might pack my order” No other Information on what was happening as I haven’t received any tracking information about my order. Very disappointed also the hosts seem to spend more time faffing about doing their makeup than putting their time into packing orders and providing good customer service.

Ordered sept. 8th, still no news about shipment. Very difficult to contact. No response to my chat request. I should have checked here the bad reviews before ordering.

I ordered made by Mitchell products from the TikTok shop and one of them had hair and plastic embedded into the product. i only noticed after I used the spatula to try the colors on my face near my eye. I also noticed the brushes they sent me in the other pallets i bought the brushes were ruined they had hairs stickin up in every direction and the tip of one of the brushes was bent. They also refused to send me replacements or a refund for those as well. Im a hairstylist and makeup artist so i bought these with the intention of using them on clients. After i noticed it i took pictures and sent them to tiktok shop for a refund i ended up throwing them away because i was scared after using them but they refused to refund me the money and they refused to send me replacements so they stole about $125 from me after i ended up in the hospital with severe eye cellulitis i had to get steroids, eye ointment, antibiotics, pain meds because the pain was excruciating, nausea medicine because i couldnt stop puking from the pain and another med. They are now being sold everywhere in the U.S. because they just got into ULTA a huge makeup chain here and are selling starting September 2nd i believe. I have pictures and pictures from my hospital visit as well but these people do not care about who they are infecting and their customer service is basically useless. Please help and please stop Made By Mitchell from being sold in the U.S. its just another U.K. Chinese company from tiktok trying to scam U.S. customers because they dont know any better. PLEASE HELP!! Im disputing the medium curve case, comet case, hollipop bundle, electric case, and muted nudes. Comet and hollipop case made my face burn immediately after iput thecolors on. no allergies. And electric and muted nudes had the brushes that were bent out of shape and hairs sticking everywhere total should be around $125 the doctors told me if i wouldve waited one more day my face couldve been disfigured because how bad the infection was
