I wish I could rate lower than one star. Appalling customer service and not willing to help. I ordered a set of highlighters on Wednesday as a gift for a dear friend that is not living close to me as she's coming to visit over the weekend. It is now Friday and they still haven't dispatched my order. They only have one delivery option which is DHL Express which by the way is not really cheap, and they state on their website that takes 2 working days when in reality it's much quicker than that if they were to actually dispatch the product. I have contacted customer services with hopes they can expedite it as I've been waiting for 2 days now, their reply was it will probably be here by next week and I can get a refund if not satisfied. They don't care it was for a birthday present and now it is causing a massive inconvenience. You are losing customers like this!

Awful customer service as I’ve seen many, many reviews state. Such a shame as I loved made by Mitchell. I’ve got a few of his cases, make up & brushes. Before Christmas I saw the beautiful Graffiti brush set they had released, told my husband how much I loved them. He told me I didn’t need anymore brushes (I collect cool make up brushes haha) so, to my surprise on Christmas Day, I open the said graffiti brushes & I was mega excited until I opened the box.

3 of the eye brushes are damaged. The brushes are almost a urine yellow colour and the bristles are all over the place. They as so damaged you wouldn’t want them anywhere near your eyes!

I have contacted Made by Mitchell & TikTok shop. With both I have received shocking customer service.

TikTok shop tells me to send out for a replacement but then said they are out of stock and to send back for refund.

Made By Mitchell online is telling me to repurchase if I’m wanting the brushes. As they do not sell them separately. Which is shocking to me because I’m still willing to PAY to get the error corrected.

Not the level of customer service I’d expect from MBM. These will be the last brushes I will ever buy from them and i probably won’t purchase from MBM again because of this.

A company in the past sent me a brush set with duplicate brushes in. I contacted the company & they sent me out the correct brushes the next day & told me to keep the incorrect brush I had. They also do not sell their brushes separately but went above and beyond for me that day.

Maybe MBM should take note. Customers understand issues happen but it’s how the company deals with it that matters but instead, I’ve received shocking customer service.

I will also be going to social media so I can upload the pictures of the brushes.

Very upset as I loved MBM’s products, now you’ve lost a customer.

Vile the way this shops treats there customers and they way the don’t want to deal with there wrong doing DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY

I ordered the Black Friday mystery - includes 5 make up items & Tall Vanity. The order arrived and it was only the vanity, I reached out to customer service who asked for photos of the packaging and the item that arrived, I provided these photos and was then asked more questions such as did I open the parcel was it damaged, all pretty standard questions when communicating with a company regarding missing items.

However, I then had to confirm to the following statements.

1. I agree to co-operate with the carriers security, the carrier, and/or the police in the event of any investigation into the missing/stolen items.

2. The above declaration is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I understand making a false statement could lead to prosecution.

I would understand this if I ordered £100s of pounds of stuff but my order was a £20 secret Santa gift that I now have to wait for them to investigate with the distribution centre where they have the CCTV footage waiting to be reviewed.

Personally I feel sorry for the workers of this distribution centre where they are clearly being held to a standard where they are not aloud to make human error without repercussions and as a company selling to the public mainly young and easily influenced individuals you shouldn’t be making them feel in the wrong for reaching out when something is wrong with the order.

Unfortunately I doubt this will be resolved until after Christmas which means I am going to have to purchase a replacement gift so all of it will have been for nothing.

Do better and hold yourselves to a better standard.

Really bad customer service. Unfortunately I can't write what I want to cause my review keeps getting deleted but lets just say there are much better companies out there.

Got in touch today and been ignored again. I stand by my bad review and only wish I was allowed to tell the whole truth here of how bad they really have been.

They have got back in touch and whoever I'm speaking to is now arguing with me and making this situation worse.

Absolutely abysmal.
Ordered Christmas presents in November, tracking wasn't updating so contacted MBM. Was told DHL had tracking issues, and would not get updated but the parcel was on the way. Contacted DHL who advised they had created the tracking info but were still awaiting the sender to supply the parcel.
Have advised MBM of the above and am not getting any response.

Made several orders via TikTok which were all delivered late. Two of the pallets I received had fingerprint smudges all over the colours in the palette. Unfortunately trying to reach anyone at MBM is almost impossible as there is no contact number or email, therefore there is zero customer service when things go wrong, I tried to contact them via their website and it’s an AI chat which no one ever replies to. They are clearly
selling items they use as testers on a live stream which is disgusting and unhygienic. I will be contacting Trading Standards.

No advent calendar has arrived that I preordered. The delivery company have returned it saying we refused it but no delivery attempt was made. Online customer service says contact TikTok , TikTok said contact made by Mitchell customer service, Mitchell on a live said same but when you contact the “live” customer service you get an automated reply repeatedly saying contact TikTok the same identical message. You can’t get to speak to anyone to get the calendar sent back out. Mitchell promised everyone would get theirs even if he had to hand deliver them now I don’t expect that but I do expect to get my calendar

I ordered advent calander and a few other bits from the website the first day it was for sale from the website. I panicked it wouldnt be here on time so i tired canceling I was told no only refund. I spent over 250 euro so couldn't buy anything else. We celebrate the feast of advent so its important in our house. It was suppose to come yesterday I was watching the delivery transit on shopit and it came from Europe, amd was in my town yesterday but no delivery. I checked my email and they held it without ringing me or messaging me . I paid over 30 euro on his website for delivery and yesterday I had an email from DHL saying I owed 72 euro it wouldn't be realised until I paid. It came from Europe not the uk ..Mitch this is meant to be clearly stated on your website. I paid DHL money and it still won't be here until who knows when. I remember mitch saying on alive tickok, that,"we will all have them even if he delivers himself".He also cancelled an item in the order that was for me...my present and said it was refunded. I only Found this out yesterday and no refund. So now no one is getting anything, My child is upset and I'm very frustrated. My father paid the DHL so it would be realised for the kids and that was my present from him. So now I have no Christmas present, kids have nothing I paid 350 euro for nothing, this is criminal For a man who loves his community and followers, I'm very disappointed and frustrated in his way of doing business. I'm just so sad I trusted you.
Just in addition I got the advents on the 3rd of December after my father paid the customs. I think my frustration was because I was not informed and they were held in Europe for 3 weeks for no reason. Made by Mitchell has now moved to tictok ireland so there is no customs of 100 euro and 27 euro delivery fee. I would of loved a customer service advent to reach out to me and apologise but it never happened. I won't be buying anything again as I think he robbed me also the advent calander is disappointing for the price. How many blushes does 1 need ??

I received the wrong product and emailed their customer service about it and they didn’t respond and now I’m stuck with a $50 bronzer palette that i dont want and wont use

pre ordered 24 day advent calendar on the 08-11-24 ordered it off the made by mitchell website. delivery stated tracked with DHL so tracked it when i received a very strange email from DHL stating my parcel had been released from customs. when i checked it said it had travelled from germany through several different cities in germany to reach liverpool all in 4 days it was now in liverpool and has been there since 12-11-24. i have checked with DHL customer service who said my tracking details, address and reference number do not exist on their system. i contacted a chat system at made by mitchell as you are not allowed to talk to anyone and they said your package is on the way, thats it. i explained that i live in the uk and wanted to know why it is being sent from germany, but i got blanked. i am entitled to a refund but you have no option to choose a refund on the website on your order all it says is fulfilled and your billing address. i have messaged multiple times with no response. i have well and truly been scammed. DHL have been more than happy to help me and unfortunately made by mitchell have not even sent my order they are either creating fake tracking numbers to keep customers at bay because they cant keep up with the orders or they have no intention of sending it and its made so extremely difficult to get your ,money back people get fed up and give up. not me.

I've always loved MBM. I've never had any issues until now. I bought the 16 piece brush set with a free vanity case on tiktox shop for £20. One brush was missing. I only received 15. I contacted customer service on MBM website explaining the issue. The reply I got was disgusting, no hi and no apology I'm aware its through tiktox but still you could of at least apologised for the missing brush and been more helpful. You're always going live on tiktox to get your sales but yet you can't help me or even aplogise for YOUR MISTAKE. I've heard nothing but negative feedback on their customer service, I can now see why. Given the reviews on here its understandable why people aren't happy. I contacted tiktox shop customer service, they were very helpful and give me a compensation voucher. I will never ever order from MBM again. Even if you can't help there's no need to give attitude to customers like this, my message was polite and no rudeness at all. Awful! Us customers are the ones keeping your business going!! Great way to lose your regular customers! It seems Mitchell is not bothered on how his staff treat us customers, the reviews on here says it all.

How do i talk to someone

i have bought quite a few items from the tiktok shop for my 12 year olds christmas. all i can say so far is the packaging alone is very impressive and the products are a great size. cant wait to see her face on christmas morning with her made by mitchell haul ❤️❤️

Made by Mitchell is literally for everybody I love how exclusive the products are I used my colour case yesterday for the first time to do a Halloween Ursula look and wow! I'm not a make up artist I'm just someone who likes to play around with Make up and the colour case was so easy to use and so creamy! Thank you so much for making products that suits everyone and every kind of need too for those who like to cosplay or just general make up looks!

I've ordered a few bundles from Made By Mitchell and a few Blushes. I love the Blursh; I'll tell anyone who listens that they should try out the Blusher because it really is a great product that everyone should try.

I've had a few mystery bundles, and yes, I've had a few products in them that I'd never use, but that's a risk you take when you order a mystery bundle. And luckily I'm able to donate these products.

I would recommend in a heartbeat!

I've purchased quite a few things via TikTok which draws you in. What I've found is products are hit and miss. Curve Case is easily my favourite. It's so creamy and blendable and as someone with older skin it just works really well on it. I quite like the original colour cases but they can be quite drying but admit I find using it on my upper waterline it does last reasonably well. The brushes I like but the wooden handles can split if when you clean your brushes you get them wet. My least favourite product is a tie between their powder blush and the item that really got the ball rolling, Blursh. I don't find the blush blends well and don't like its texture, it feels talcy. The Blursh.... I so wanted to love this but the glittery ones in particular just dry too quickly and spoil any makeup underneath them. I also don't find they blend well. I'm going to try adding a small amount of moisturiser to them I think because I got carried away one day with their deals and can't afford to throw items out.

Curve Case however 10/10 this one they nailed.

Note the date isn't accurate I actually bought most of my items months ago.

Bought a £25 mystery bundle. Very disappointed. A blender and a makeup brush.....ok.
Black lipstick!!!!!!! Bright green eyeshadow!!!! Yuk!
Blusher....quite nice.
Won't be buying again
