I ordered two royal blue mirrors and was sent two royal blue brush holders, I was very disappointed as these were gifts, how can such a mistake happen ? Now they are full price?no option to rectify

Purchased a make up bag in June to find the handle is breaking away already. 50 quid for a rubbish make up bag. Tried several methods of contact to speak to someone at the company and ignored every single one. Even tried to contact them on their lives and they blocked me. Never will I by from this company again. Even tried to contact tik tok and they didn’t respond.

Horrendous customer service. I’d had one order and had no issues whatsoever but my 2nd order came insecure and an item missing. It wasn’t ripped open and the packaging looked as though it hadn’t been secured properly. Tried umpteen times to contact them with an update but heard nothing back. Terrible customer service. Plenty time for him to be online on tiktok though

Waste of time. Put my order in- courier hadn't recieved the parcel. 12 days later and there was no updates, no email stating the package had been recieved or out for delivery.

Logged in to my account and the package status said 'fulfilled'. This was not the case. Zero customer service, the bot i messaged said the parcel was sent. Got an immediate refund within minutes via PayPal.

If you are gonna give it a go, make sure to pay with PayPal for the inevitable refund you will need to get.

I don't understand how they can go live via tiktok selling products, when customers have either been ripped off or just not recieved anything via their website.

Ordered the travel case instead of the bigger one by mistake, returned without even opening to the return address on the website followed the correct procedure, got update that they had received it by the courier I sent it with. A month later no refund or no form of communication, send message after message to the chat box and no response!!!
I paid through PayPal and set up a dispute they then replied to PayPal saying I didn’t sent it to the right address and gave PayPal a completely different address to what was on the website. Two months later PayPal have refunded me the money as they still refuse to take responsibility.
And to top it off the quality of the case is appalling zip doesn’t work and cheap quality. Please do not order from this company all they’re bothered about is taking your money lucky for me I paid through PayPal who gave me my money back, still very annoyed that they still have my money and the product back!!!!

Not worth the hype! TikTok make out it’s amazing and it’s really not. The products are like cheap and hardly any product in them. I ordered the mystery £25 and the mystery £15 which guaranteed a milkshake blursh. I didn’t get the milkshake blursh I got a pink lipgloss instead. I tried to contact customer service which is chat service and no one got back to me. Won’t use again. Waste of money when there are much better products on the market. Nice packaging tho so that gets one star

I'm so disappointed. I order a mystery set and it was meant to contain 6 products I only received 5.... when I emailed the customer service team they said they would refund me for the products I didn't receive, that was in my we are now in June and still nothing. I have tried to contact them to no avail! Such a shame as I loved the products I received but will not be purchasing for this company in the future

No customer service whatsoever. Being trying to find someone to contact regarding my product and it being delivered to the wrong address. Chat now box isn’t helpful nor does anyone email you when they said they are going to. Unable to find any numbers to speak to a real person! Lost my product and money!

Okay experience order was 7 weeks late not impressed but like the products

I ordered a liquid blush, highlight and bronzer ‘blursh’ .. I cannot understand the hype in these, they DO NOT blend nicely.. revolution is so much cheaper and 100x better than these items!!

I can't even say customer service is bad because it simply doesn't even exist. I placed an order here a month ago and it said my package was delivered. I did get a package from the shipping company, but it was the completely wrong product from an entirely different company. They must ship out of the same warehouse or something.

I've contacted the "customer service" chat now three times over the past two weeks with no response. There isn't a confirmation email to follow up or anything, just that chat which I'm pretty sure is useless. It's such a shame because I love the products, but I would probably never order from this company again just due to the lack of customer service. You're stealing money from me!!

I wish I would have read these reviews before placing an order. You would think someone with such a large platform and following would invest into customer service. This has happened to enough people that you aren't going to have enough business to function if you continue this way. I'll be filing a dispute with my bank and hope you do bettet!

Awful lack of communication/ customer services. I’ve been awaiting confirmation of shipment for over 7 days and no one has got back in touch.

If there was a way to give half a star or nothing I would do it. This is really bad. I made an order, and it shows
delivered but I never received it. And there's no form of contact. I message @madebymitchell but he never even dared to open the chat. On both his accounts. I sent an email and it keeps telling me to send my message on the web chat which I did and no one still helped me. I've been waiting for someone to help me but to no avail. 1 feel like I wasted my money. There's no way to fill in a missing package or get a refund back. There's literally nothing. I was happy and hoping to use it on my customer but I never received it. And this is my first time ordering from him and this will be my last. I hate giving bad reviews but 1
can't let this one go because 1 lost everything. Seems like you have to live in the UK to be able to get it directly from the store. I hope he sees this message and replies to it

The colour case is awful. I’ve tried to work with it in different ways with different bases, combinations and different brushes/blenders. It always looks cakey and is so hard to blend.

Not happy recieved a email saying the electrics colour case was back in stock i went to buy it and its out of stock !
Talk about getting my hopes up !

Trying to contract this company Is impossible it’s a joke, I have been trying to get intouch with someone regarding my faulty order since the 6th April!! Extremely disappointed and I will never order again!
I received a incorrect shade from what I ordered in a blursh and a faulty eyeliner that is so dry when I tried to swatch it it snapped straight away!
Still had no response from the company to resolve this and it’s been 18 days.
They are clearly just taking money and don’t care about there customers at all.

Appalling customer service. 2 items missing from my delivered ordered, totalling £35. Impossible to contact Made by Mitchell apart from using a chat button which has limited options and hasn’t been responded to. £35 is a lot for me to lose and am disappointed that a company who does such huge amounts of promotion has little in place to support when things go wrong and seemingly doesn’t care.

Bought a palette and a blursh only received the palette.
Tried to contact via the chat to me service and got absolutely no where.

Appalling. Don’t buy from them. They mystery boxes are a waste of money, green and orange blush, hideous green eye gel and a swirl kit that has no intrusions and no idea what it is. Appalling customer service as well.
